Had a wonderful and professional experience. All the staff were great and supportive, especially the nurses. Thank you for a fantastic result on my breast reduction surgery, I am so happy with the procedure that was done. Wish I had it done years ago but pleased I have had it done now. Mr Julian Liew is the ultimate professional. I recently had some skin lesions removed and Mr Julian Liew took great care to ensure minimal scarring. He has a lovely bedside manner and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend him. His team of nurses including Kathleen were also great, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you!

"Less pretentious, more honest and realistic."

Rhinoplasty. I haven't had the surgery yet, but my whole consultation process was brilliant. I had a thorough and detailed consultation with the surgeon, then met with his secretary for costs and appointments, then had photo imaging done. Having visited another practice (which quoted me $12k more and I didn't even meet the surgeon), I found this experience to be less pretentious, more honest and realistic. I will be booking my surgery very soon!

"I am so happy to be without pain"

Its been five months now since Mr Damon Thomas reconstructed my thumb with a new joint and a tendon repair. I am so happy to be without pain and to be able to use a knife and fork when out for dinner, lunch and at home. The tasks I am now able to return to are too many to list here. What I do want to say is a big thank you to Damon for his skilful work in getting me back (slowly and carefully). To a point where my thumb is again useable after the damage, I had inflicted on it over the decades. I was referred by my GP.

Had liposuction on all areas of thighs. Can only say if only I had of done this years ago. I have had amazing results and cannot recommend Dr. Joe highly enough. This has been life changing for me; going from size 14-16 bottoms, I can now get away with so 8-10. I can wear figure-hugging clothes that I would never have done unless my legs, bum, etc. was covered with a long top! Amazing, awesome, etc. I have recommended friends to this clinic also. If you are prepared to follow all post-op instructions to the letter, you should get the results you are after. I'm going back for different treatments myself. Right from the start when I met with Donna, nurse to my last follow-up appointment with Sam, the practice manager, my experience has been first rate. Donna was very patient and answered all my questions, addressed any concern via phone calls, emails, and texts very thoroughly, as did Sam. Naomi, who assisted with my procedure, was fabulous and very supportive. All in all, a warm, helpful, and supportive staff. Dr. Joe was fabulous, straight to the point, and I felt very confident and comfortable with him from the start.
