I have a long history with this practice with having a gastric band in 2013 by Dr Florica. Dr Florica is an amazing surgeon, and always happy to help if there are any issues. He has prompt follow up practices if needed. Dr Rebecca Keely is also amazing and I can only say good things about both Doctors at this practice. I do not hesitate to recommend such a professional supportive practice. I have referred many people to this practice with all wonderful outcomes.

I had gastric band surgery three weeks ago. I chose this clinic because of the recommendations and the price. Admittedly, it was expensive, but the quality was worth what I paid. My first impressions of the clinic were fine. They made contact with me after the surgery and I had my first follow-up on Tuesday. So far the healing process has been going well and I hope I will continue to make good progress. I’m already losing weight and this will ultimately change my life for the better. I had the surgery, but it’s up to me to follow the doctor’s instructions if I’m to reap the full benefits.

I highly recommend Dr Oliver Frolica and his team. He did my gastric sleeve on 10/1/25 and honestly couldn't be any happier his professionalism and very high standards of care I recieved from.him and Dr Keely are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for their patients care . They are just amazing and the aftercare is exceptional. I would like to say if anyone is considering this surgery i highly recommend dr Frolica and dr Keely at wahroonga , the day after my discharge from hospital my blood pressure was up and my heart rate was up they rang to check on me and when I mentioned my bp and heart rate the asked me to come straight away into the clinic even though it was closed as it was a Sunday afternoon and they met me there checked my blood pressure and heart rate and talked me through things and are going to continue on checking up on me every day by phone to make sure my blood pressure and heart rate is ok and importantly that I'm OK. I have there number to contact them if I have any concerns, I've never experienced this kind of dedication before. I truly highly recommend Dr Frolica and dr Keely, as u are in safe hands

I don't normally write reviews but I have to do this one. I started doing some research on plastic surgery and I came across the Sydney Gastric Banding clinic I visited Dr Oliver Florica because after losing 22k I had excess skin that was making me feel very ugly. Dr Florica explained the procedure answered all the question I had. I had the procedure on the 12th March 2019 I could not be happier. The procedure wasn't as expensive as I have heard from other people, it was worth every penny I spent on it.Dr Florica was so professional a real gentleman and he shows real personal interest, something you don't see often enough. The girls at the front desk also very professional and attentive always willing to help you. So my experience at the clinic, it exceeded all my expectations. Extremely happy client. I had extended tummy tuck and arm lift procedure.

Consultation for bariatric surgery. I had booked in for a consultation with Dr. Keeley simply to gain further understanding of my options in procedures with Dr. Florica. When I went into my consultation, Dr. Keeley was warm and friendly, and also very genuine and honest. We sat and spoke candidly rather than simply her asking questions and me responding. When she realised I'd driven nearly five hours to meet with her, she insisted that I see Dr. Florica the same day so that I wasn't inconvenienced and having to come back. Dr. Florica made space in his schedule and spent quite some time speaking with me. Both Dr. Keeley and Dr. Florica are warm and genuine, and have their potential patients best interests at heart.

I had gastric sleeve surgery in October 2016' at 136kg, had I have not have had the surgery death would have occurred quickly. I went on to have the tummy tuck, excess skin removed from my arms , gynocamastia and 2 hernia operations. I have Lost 55kg to date still walk 20kms a day with ease. Dr Florica is a brilliant safe caring surgeon who has the best anaesthetists, dr keeley and staff. Highly recommend this professional gentleman without question. I would not go to any other surgeon.
