By accessing or using ClinicBooking.com (the "Website," "Platform," or "Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

- ClinicBooking.com is a global marketplace connecting patients with independent clinics, hospitals, doctors, and other health professionals ("Providers").
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any other written policies we post.
- We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Important Medical & Platform Disclaimers
No Medical Care
We are not a healthcare provider and do not practice medicine, dentistry, or any licensed health profession.
No Medical Advice
Content on the Platform is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Call 911 (or local emergency services) in an emergency.
No Endorsement
We do not recommend or endorse any Provider, treatment, product, device, or service.
Independent Providers
Providers are independent third parties solely responsible for their services, compliance, and billing.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Accounts & Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or register multiple accounts without permission.
User Content, Reviews, and Conduct
You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, messages, photos, and videos ("User Content").
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content.
Prohibited: defamatory, false, misleading, obscene, hateful, harassing, illegal, or infringing content; doxxing; compensated or fake reviews.
Data Protection & Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains collection, use, disclosure, and your rights.
You consent to the transfer and processing of data in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate.
HIPAA/Medical Privacy
ClinicBooking.com is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate and does not maintain medical records on behalf of Providers. Any health information you voluntarily submit for contact/booking is transmitted to the Provider(s) you select. Providers are solely responsible for compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy laws.
Communications & Call Routing
Messages and calls between you and Providers may be routed through our systems for delivery, logging, quality, fraud prevention, and support. Where required by law, we will provide notice if a call is recorded. Standard carrier messaging/data rates may apply.
Prohibited Uses
Unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity; harassment; exploitation of minors. Scraping, automated data gathering, or bulk extraction without our prior written consent. Interference with the Platform's security or operation; introducing malware.
Intellectual Property
The Platform (including text, graphics, UI, compilations, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted materials without express written authorization.
Payments & Third-Party Processors (if offered)
Payments (e.g., deposits) are processed by independent third-party processors. We do not store complete payment card data. Processors' terms apply; disputes related to card processing or chargebacks are between you, the processor, and/or the Provider.
Third-Party Links & Services
Links to third-party websites or tools are provided for convenience only. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or security.
Availability & Maintenance
The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, failures, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for resulting losses.
Disclaimers of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-of-profits damages arising out of or related to the Platform, content, Providers, or these Terms.
Our aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts (if any) you paid to us for use of the Platform in the six (6) months before the claim arose.
Providers are solely responsible for their acts/omissions and your clinical outcomes; we assume no responsibility for Provider services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spyface Tech Company, LLC (ClinicBooking.com), its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your interactions or agreements with Providers; or (d) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; No Class Actions
Governing Law
Wyoming law (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules) and applicable U.S. federal law.
Arbitration
Binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules.
No Class Actions
Only individual claims may be brought. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are waived.
Time Limit
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of accrual, otherwise barred.
Venue: Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mutually agreed otherwise. This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect IP or prevent unauthorized use.
Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. Material changes may also be communicated via reasonable notice channels. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
Miscellaneous
These Terms (plus referenced policies) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
