Overview & Scope

These Guidelines govern use of ClinicBooking's brand assets and badges, including ServiceScore™. They apply to healthcare providers, clinics, agencies, publishers, and any third party displaying our assets online or offline. Use of badges is a limited, revocable license—not a transfer of ownership or endorsement.

Trademarks & Brand Assets

Marks covered: ClinicBooking™, ServiceScore™, and associated logos, word marks, badges, and graphical elements ("Brand Assets").
Reservation of rights: We retain all right, title, and interest in Brand Assets. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Guidelines.
No confusion: Use must not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by ClinicBooking.

Badge License & Eligibility

Eligibility

Active provider/clinic profile in good standing; compliance with , , and .

License grant

Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display supplied badges solely to reference your current status on ClinicBooking.

Non-assignment

License may not be sold, sublicensed, or transferred (including to affiliates or marketing vendors) without our written consent.

Revocation

We may suspend or revoke use at any time (e.g., policy violations, status changes, data integrity concerns).

Data integrity

Scores/labels must reflect current data. Do not alter, obscure date stamps, or simulate current status with static screenshots.

ServiceScore™ Badge Rules

About ServiceScore™: a comparative service-quality signal derived from user feedback, responsiveness, profile completeness, and other non-clinical service metrics. It is not a clinical quality rating.

Placement

Display only on your owned digital properties (site, email, clinic social) and printed materials about your clinic. Do not place on third-party marketplaces without written approval.

Linking

Badge must link to your ClinicBooking profile or a verification URL we provide. Alt text: "ClinicBooking ServiceScore verification badge".

Date/Versioning

Where a year or "as of" date is provided, it must remain visible and accurate. Do not remove refresh scripts.

No Mischaracterization

Do not describe ServiceScore™ as medical quality, safety, outcomes, or success-rate measure. It reflects service-related signals only.

Comparative claims

Do not state or imply #1 status, "best in city," or superlatives unless we explicitly provide a substantiated, time-bounded claim and wording.

Ads usage

Permitted in ads only if the badge remains unaltered, links to verification, and ad copy avoids unsubstantiated claims.

Eligibility: Rolling window; minimum review volume and recency required.

Ranking methodology available on request; may change.

Patient Choice

Meaning: Exceptional engagement and recommendation intent from patients.

Eligibility: Survey-based; recalculated periodically.

Reflects user sentiment; not medical outcomes.

Visual Specifications

Do not modify

No stretching, recoloring, drop-shadows, animations, or cropping of badges/logos.

Clear space

Minimum clear space = height of the "C" in the badge logotype on all sides.

Min size

Digital: ≥ 120px width. Print: ≥ 25mm width. Smaller sizes require vector assets.

Backgrounds

Use provided light/dark variants on high-contrast backgrounds; do not place over busy images.

File types

SVG (preferred), PNG, PDF (print). Do not recreate artwork.

Digital Implementation & Linking

Embed: Use our provided embed code or the latest asset from your dashboard. Do not self-host outdated graphics if a verification embed is available.
No obfuscation: Do not remove verification links, block referrers, or alter tracking parameters we use solely to validate authenticity.
Accessibility: Provide descriptive alt text; maintain sufficient color contrast around placement.

Prohibited Uses

Implying sponsorship, partnership, or clinical endorsement by ClinicBooking.
Placing badges adjacent to false, misleading, or comparative claims lacking substantiation.
Using badges to mask or offset regulatory warnings, safety risks, or disciplinary history.
Displaying on sites/apps with illegal, hateful, pornographic, or deceptive content.
Editing score text, removing dates, or fabricating rankings.
Using Brand Assets in your company name, product name, domain, or app icon.

Revocation & Enforcement

We may issue takedown notices, disable embeds, or revoke licenses for any breach. Material breaches (e.g., deception, safety risk) may result in immediate removal without cure period. We may seek injunctive relief and damages for misuse.

Ownership, Attribution & TM Notices

ClinicBooking retains all trademark and copyright rights in Brand Assets and badge designs.
When space allows, include attribution: "ServiceScore™ and ClinicBooking™ are trademarks of Spyface Tech Company, LLC."

Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limits

AS IS. Brand Assets and badges are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to USD $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ClinicBooking harmless from claims arising out of your use of Brand Assets, including misleading claims, regulatory breaches, or violations of these Guidelines.

Governing Law & Venue

These Guidelines are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
