Your Responsibilities

  • Provide a valid number/email you control, and update it if it changes.

Privacy, Data & Retention

  • We collect message metadata (e.g., time/date, carrier, delivery status), your opt-in/opt-out history, and program preferences.
  • Content of messages may be logged for compliance and support. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Notice.
  • We retain consent and suppression records as required by law and for legitimate business purposes.
  • Processing by vendors (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun, Campaign Monitor) is governed by our Data Processing Addendum and Subprocessor list.
