1

Purpose & Scope

This Policy explains how advertising and sponsorship ("Ads") work on ClinicBooking, how Ads are labeled, what we accept or reject, and the responsibilities of advertisers (including providers and brands). This Policy applies to ads, sponsored listings, sponsored content, native units, email promotions, in-product placements, and off-site campaigns run by or through ClinicBooking.

No medical advice & no referrals. Ads do not constitute medical advice or referrals. ClinicBooking does not practice medicine, guarantee outcomes, or endorse any provider, device, product, or claim.

2

Key Definitions

  • Advertisement (Ad): Paid placement or promotion by an advertiser (provider, brand, or agency).
  • Sponsored Content/Native: Paid content that resembles editorial format but is advertiser-funded and labeled.
  • Paid Placement/Featured: Elevated visibility based on payment rather than organic relevance.
  • Material Connection: Any relationship that may affect credibility (payment, gifts, free/discount services).
3
