Where & How We Work

Remote-first, globally distributed

We hire in select countries and time zones (sometimes via employer-of-record partners). Roles specify location/overlap needs. Occasional travel for team offsites.

  • Work authorization: Required in your country of residence.
  • Equipment: Company laptop + stipend; security baselines apply (disk encryption, MFA).
  • Working hours: Flexible within team's core collaboration window.

Compensation & Benefits

Market-anchored pay bands reviewed at least annually. Benefits vary by country but follow the same philosophy: support health, family, and growth.

30 minutes on motivation, skills, location, expectations, and AI fluency.

3) Hiring manager

Deep dive into problem areas, past outcomes, and role fit. AI use-cases encouraged.

4) Practical exercise

3–7 days

Time-boxed, relevant to the job. No speculative work product; prior work accepted when feasible. Includes a light AI prompt/eval task for most roles.

5) Panel

~1 week

Cross-functional discussions; values & collaboration focus; no brainteasers.

6) Offer

48–72 hours

Comp band, benefits, start date. Background check post-offer where lawful.
