Acceptable Use & Anti-Scraping Policy

This Policy forms part of the ClinicBooking Terms of Service and applies to all access and use of our websites, apps, widgets, and services ("Services"). "Automated Access" includes bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, scripts, headless browsers, and similar tools. "Content" includes listings, reviews, ratings, ServiceScore™, photos, videos, metadata, schema, and all text/graphics/UI elements.

• Use Services for lawful, personal or authorized business purposes.
• Respect privacy, intellectual property, and security controls.
• Access only through documented user interfaces or approved APIs.
• Follow all applicable healthcare advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws.

• Robots: Respect robots.txt, meta robots, and X-Robots-Tag headers. Disallowed paths are off-limits.
• Indexing license: Permission for mainstream search engines is limited to standard indexing for clickable search results. It excludes training models, data mining, or creating derivative directories.
• Caching/archiving: You may not cache, frame, or archive our pages (e.g., via site-wide mirroring) without written consent. We may deploy noarchive/nosnippet.

Without our express written permission, you may not use any ClinicBooking Content, metadata, or user-generated content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark AI/ML models, or for dataset compilation, embeddings, retrieval corpora, or synthetic data generation. This restriction applies whether access is manual, automated, or via third parties acting on your behalf.

• Dynamic limits: We apply adaptive rate limits and bot detection. Circumvention is prohibited.
• Monitoring: We may log requests, IPs, user-agents, and signatures to protect the Services and users (see Privacy Policy).
• Vulnerability testing: Security testing requires prior written authorization; otherwise it may be treated as an attack. See our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure program.
• Account security: Protect credentials; do not share tokens/keys. You are responsible for activity under your access.

Researchers may request limited access (e.g., rate-limited endpoints, sandboxes, or datasets) by contacting hello@spyface.com with a protocol, data-minimization plan, and ethics approvals (if applicable). No access is granted until you receive our written approval and sign applicable terms.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
