I really know how to lose weight ... My friends keep on doubting every time that I did one of the Briatric surgeries but it was always strict diet and persistent on doing heavy sport .. This is really great...The worst thing is that every time The rebound is worse and I have to start all over again, and I know that this fluctuation is the worst ever for my healthI also know that starting the 40th means that I have to take immediate decision not only for losing weight but also to maintain itDecision is taken and I know that gastric sleeve is the right option that suits me , which is confirmed by the doctor later on, so that I can enjoy all kinds of food but in much lower quantities moreover no need for any Maintainance except moderate sport to keep the right shape and minimize negative impact on the skin.Now the main challenge is : should I do it in Egypt or outside especially that I have serveral options and contacts outside and if i decided to do it in Egypt which is the most suitable time during the vacation, then which physician should I go for ?! To make the long story short , my best friend strongly recommended Dr.Hany Armia but I wasn't fully convinced, actually wasn't convinced at all specially that I have very long experience in the medical career till I visited his clinic and met him personally .. Simply outstanding ; very clean clinic and a professional Doctor . He is very honest, knowledgable , well experienced , straight forward and honest . Nothing went wrong and he took care of all the micro details, and exceptional follow up before and after the surgery . He is connected app the time by phone, what's app , SMS , FB, ..etc of you don't follow up, the. Be ready that he will know his way to reach you ! I live in the UAE, I was overweight since I had my kids. I have always been depressed about my weight and as I was checking Whatclinic, I came across see Dr. Hany Clinic. As soon as I contacted him, he was and still is very supportive. He is always available to answer any questions before and after I had my mini gastric bypass surgery.I have had the surgery on Tuesday, February 06th. It was a successful surgery and I've just weighed myself today, I already lost 4kg which was never possible with normal diets. I train in my normal days and have never lost so much in a week time. I don't even feel hungry.All to thank Dr. Hany, he is so kind and helped me with staying a few days in Cairo and his clinic is so easy to reach from anywhere in Cairo. I was beyond impressed with my experience with Dr. Hani. My first contact was with him and I was completely blown away by how helpful with giving clear information, honest, direct to the point he was, and how fast he was at getting back to me when I needed any information! A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to stay in touch with their patients like Dr. Hani. Dr. Hani was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the process! I arrived Cairo alone feeling so alone I thought to myself, am in a foreign land for a procedure am not to sure how well it will go. This whole feeling was washed away the moment I met Dr Hany. He was very nice, took time to explain the whole process to me, I asked alot of question as you can imagine. But he answered all with a huge smile 😃 on his face, this kept me calm. He and his team made sure I settled in alright in the hotel, and arrived safely to the hospital on my surgery day and afterwards. I was taken in and by the time I woke up I had about 2 doctors and about three nurses attending to me, encouraging me to open my eyes, waiting on me, informing me the feelings were normal. I never for once felt alone from the start to the moment I was discharged from the hospital. They followed up at the hotel making sure am coping and recovering well. This week is my 3rd week of surgery, I've had no down time, am following and taking my medication and I have lost some weight, I feel lighter on my feet, my clothes fit better. I must say, Dr Hany and his team are amazing and am already recommending family and friends. Thank you so much Dr Hany for all and what you do. Thank you 🥰🥰🤗🤗

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Hany. A very respectful person who cares so much about his patients. I had a familial Mediterranean fever which makes my case more sensitive, however, Dr. Hany was aware of all precautions and did my operation (Gastric Sleeve) smoothly. I strongly recommend Dr. Hany for his knowledge, experience and outstanding care. Clean, organized, well equipped, friendly people and cozy environment.

Dr Hany did my gastric sleeve a week ago for me and I cannot thank him and his wife nancy for the high level of care they provided for me. I went on my own and was made to feel like royalty. They went out of their way to help me and I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend dr Hany if you are thinking of having any type of gastric surgery.

I was very nervous to travel abroad for surgery but I needn't be as everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish, Nancy is very good at answering your questions very quickly and was messaging lots to check up on me. Dr Hany was lovely and very professional.The nurses and porters were lovely and regularly checked on me...they were very gentle with any needles which really helped as I have a phobia.The hotel was lovely and we even saw the pyramids. The care I received was 5 star.

I am 5 days post-op from having a gastric bypass with Dr Hany & I am so happy I chose him. From the moment we arrived in Egypt the process was smooth & very informative. Dr Hany came & introduced himself on the first night at the hospital, & visited several times before we left. Such a lovely man with an impeccable duty of care which was felt from the first meeting. The hospital staff were extremely thorough with checking vitals, pain meds etc. Again, such lovely people. I had my mother travel with me & they cared for her needs just as much. Then once at the hotel, Nancy messaged & visited us in the hotel, checking in on us & even arranging for additional medication to be delivered straight to our hotel room door. Our whole experience was extremely pleasant. We travelled from the UK to see Dr Hany & it definitely can be daunting travelling to another country for major surgery, however, I'm glad I chose him & his lovely team. I know I'm only just beginning my journey but so far it's been fantastic, so thank you for giving me the start of a new healthy life!

I could not have asked for better care than the care I received from Dr Hany and the hospital staff when I travelled to Egypt for my mini gastric bypass in July. Dr Hany and Nancy have both been so helpful. I knew as soon as I spoke to them both that I would be in good hands. I’m now 2 weeks post surgery and recovering well and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Hany to anyone in the UK who is thinking about travelling abroad for bariatric surgery. I was worried about the language barrier in the hospital, but the nurses were so kind and so helpful, the language barrier wasn’t an issue at all. Dr Hany obviously speaks very good English, having lived and worked over here (in a hospital that I know fairly well, as it’s not far from home) and he explained everything to me, both before I travelled and once I was in hospital. This is obviously a very big decision to make but at no point did I think that I’d made the wrong decision. Dr Hany is an amazing surgeon and a wonderful man and I’m very grateful to him and his team.
