I had surgery at Oasis on Nov. 21, 2020. My experience with Renew was great from start to finish. My coordinator Roni made the process simple. The hospital staff were all very good. Dr. Cueva was very informative and did a great job answering any questions. I have lost 113 lbs and would do it all over again! Thank you Renew and Dr. Cueva!

I had the gastric sleeve at Oasis in Tijuana with Dr. Green. From beginning to end, the experience was so worth it. Dr. Green was amazing— I got a picture of my stomach that he cut out, and it was so interesting. He gave me his personal number so if I had any questions, he could answer them. I did have a couple, and he answered them professionally and within minutes! I had zero complications. The hospital is kind of sketchy, but everyone knows what they are doing. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, though, and throughout my time, I felt well cared for. I have lost 60 pounds in less than 5 months! I can’t believe I paid so little for such a major, major positive change in my life.

I contacted Renew Bariatrics in October of 2020. I was approved for Gastric Bypass shortly after the initial contact. My coordinator, Marie, was very thorough and sent me all the necessary documents to get started. I was then sent detailed instructions for my pre-op and post-op diets. I had my surgery on December 15th of 2020. The process was so easy, Renew took care of everything. I flew in the day before surgery, the driver picked us up from our hotel the next day and took us over the border. When we reached the hospital, I was given forms to fill out and was taken back for blood work, X-rays, and EKG tests. After that, I was taken to my room where the surgeon/nursing staff came in to check on me, ask me questions and insert my IV. All a breeze. The hardest part was waiting and not getting anxious. Dr Green came in and told me how the surgery would go, told me about my test results and then we were ready. About an hour or so later, I was in the operating room. I woke up feeling yucky but I just had major surgery, so of course. Went back to my room where I stayed for the next two days. Went to the Real Inn after that for the night and went home the next day. The whole process was a breeze and I’d honestly do it again in a heartbeat. Renew and Dr Green saved my life and I’ll be forever grateful.
