My testimonial is less of a recognition of Dr. Sohaib's professional expertise, and more of a recommendation of his ability to listen, care and heal.Before saying that Dr. Sohaib is an extraordinary doctor, I want to tell that he is an extraordinary human being.Medicines can cure, but a doctor’s inspirational and soothing words can give the strength to fight from within.Doctor Sohaib's reassuring and motivating words gave my father the strength to pull through his illness.Being in a hospital is a terrible experience, but Dr. Sohaib made my father feel like home. His caring and extra efforts to make his patients comfortable is truly remarkable.I can vouch for the fact that his expertise and abilities are unmatched.I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the treatment my father received from Dr. Sohaib last month. It is a great feeling to know that you have someone to rely on in times of bad health.Dr. Sohaib did two surgeries on my father. First one was laparoscopic appendectomy for perforated Appendix. As the histopathology report showed mucinous adenocarcinoma, secondly he did right hemicolectomy along with cytoreductive surgery.My family is so thankful to Dr. Sohaib for treating my father so tenderly and for taking fantastic care of him. As a doctor, he has gone above and beyond everything, we ever would have expected. I had abdominal wall incisional hernia which was caused by a previous surgery done by a gynaecologist for my son’s birth. I had severe pain in my entire abdomen and had to undergo the abdominal wall incisional hernia repair surgery on 27th May 2022. From admittance through to discharge the very next day, I cannot fault the professionalism and concern of all the staff. In particular, a big thank you of the course to the Surgeon (Dr Sohaib Khan). The surgeon explained the procedure and answered my all queries during pre operation visit. A thorough professional surgeon who was able to perform laparoscopic hernia repair while all other doctors were telling me it would be an open wound surgery.I was able to walk within 6 hours after surgery, the few tiny incisions, which were invisible within a week post surgery, didn’t hurt. Then the best part that I was able go home the next day without any discomfort and repercussions. The surgeon and his team was very caring, very reassuring and utterly tuned into the human condition. My sincere thanks to all who looked after me so well especially to Dr Sohaib whose wonderful skills, thoughtfulness and dedication towards his profession saved me from having a big scar and painful surgery. Dr Sohaib khan is extremely professional he takes time to listen and time to explain. A first-rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with Dr Sohaib khan and all the support staff I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact him or his staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. The office is inviting and his beautiful staff members are friendly and helpful in every way.I would recommend Dr Sohaib khan to anyone for bariatric surgery. My Mother had gastric sleeve surgery on 1st Feb 2021. She has lost 13 kg in just 45 days. Having researched lots of hospitals and surgeons in Europe, I decided to choose Bariatric surgeon Dr Sohaib at Shifa international hospital Islamabad Pakistan as a surgeon he has gone above and beyond everything, I ever would have expected. I found him very professional and most importantly very approachable and all my questions were answered promptly. I was very nervous and Dr Sohaib made me feel very comfortable before surgery and all precautions were taken to minimise risks of infection.I would highly recommend Dr Sohaib to anyone considering bariatric surgery. I had gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Sohaib on 21st Oct 2020. The hospital is beautiful, the staff are friendly and attentive and Dr Sohaib is just lovely. My lovely nurse Ruhbab and care team on The ward could not be kinder, always there and able to help however small the issue. I had no complications after surgery as the aftercare was to a very high standard.I am currently 3 weeks post-op and I have already lost 17kg and my journey has only just begun!

I got my mini gastric bypass done from Dr Sohaib two months ago. The experience has been nothing less than wonderful. I have lost 15 kg’s already with the surgery. In addition to the surgery's success, Dr. Sohaib's compassion and professional expertise has improved the experience. I took my first appointment with Dr Sohaib after looking for bariatric surgeons online and knew it right away that I wanted to get my procedure done from him.He is aware of his patients' medical issues and helps them by recommending the best available course of action. The surgery was done professionally with minimal marks and zero complications. The Pre and Post OP care has been unmatchable. In contrast to other doctors, Dr. Sohaib wanted to make sure that I understood every aspect of the procedure and was at ease prior to the operation. Additionally, he gave me advice on how to properly care for myself after surgery and answered all of my questions.Following surgery, he keeps in touch with the patients to check in on how they are doing. He doesn't put his patients at undue financial strain by scheduling unnecessary appointments. He is also upfront about all the available payment plans. My parents and I couldn't be happier with him and we highly suggest him to everyone. Dr. Sohaib is one of the few medical professionals that would treat you like a friend and won't disregard you after surgery.

My wife had a gast. sleeve operation that unfortunately had some complications. We came to Dr Sohaib and immediately he setup a plan on how to proceed in best possible way forward. Dr Sohaib, was very careful of the whole situation and gave us the best advice on how to proceed without causing any unnecessary risky situation. He performed a second procedure and fixed the problem very very professionally.He has been fully supportive and available 24/7, his staff is also very caring and we felt alot at ease and confident in his decisions.The procedure he performed was successful and my wife is on road to a full recovery and all the negative symptoms are gone.We are very grateful for Dr. Sohaib timely help and i would always recommend for gast. related procedures and others as well. I found Mr Sohaib through my online research and finalised him as my bariatric surgeon primarily due to his German experience. Since I am a cardiac patient it was a lengthy process for me to finalise my surgeon. I found him very professional and most importantly very approachable. He went out of the way to book appointments for me with the cardiac surgeon and ensured there is no hindrance in my bariatric surgery due to my blood pressure and cardiac background.
