I had my gastric sleeve on 19/02/24. From the very start, I was talking to Alexandra about my questions. No matter what time of day or what question I asked she was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease.Arriving in Antalya I met my coordinator and translator Efe. Words can't describe how amazing Efe is. He truly made this such a wonderful experience. He's so kind, gentle, knowledgeable and so lovely to be around. His English is fantastic. I brought my mum with me and she loved Efe just as much as me. He made us feel like we had met a friend. Wonderful at his job. He made sure we knew what was happening and when. He set all expectations of what was happening. He made time to get to know us as people. Me and my mum were quite emotional leaving Efe when we flew home, he felt like such a wonderful friend we didn’t want to leave him. My surgeon Dr Erdem Can was also fantastic! I saw him as we first arrived in the hospital and he came over to me straight away to introduce himself. He is a lovely man who’s extremely talented at his job. The surgery was perfect and I’m not a week post-op and feeling great. He checked on me multiple times a day and always spoke to me when he saw me walking around. Truly a lovely kind man.The hospital was amazing. So clean, and all the staff had lovely bedside manners. you could tell how much they cared for you. I couldn’t have picked a better, safer place to have my surgery.I would recommend clinics United, Efe, Dr Erdam Can and ASV Yaşam Hospital to anyone.
