I was recently with my husband in Antalya, get so much support from Cem and Yeliz. I wanted to do redo gastric bypass but after talking to my chirurg who was really honest with me I decided not to do it. The doctor told me about all the risks and everybody treated me so well. They really cared about me not the money. Yeliz together with Clinics United found a hotel with breakfast next to the beach for us free of charge! What a service and professionality. I will go back for sure after saving some money and do plastic surgery with the help of those lovely people.I surely can recommend this clinic without any doubt❤️ So if you want to get an operation, and you don't know where go there you'll be sure you are safe and it will be done with all care I really recommend United Clinics Antalya ❤️. Gastric sleeve surgery 5th September 2020 Wow, where do I start? What an amazing team of people. Private transfer from the Airport straight to the Hospital. Nice clean room, bathroom cleaned 3/4 times a day and the staff are lovely and so helpful. Will change your bedding at the drop of a hat if you ask and the bedding is perfect. My mum came with me and we had a double room. Similar to an NHS side room with two beds in it. Very clean and lovely wet room. Full set of appointments with every speciality you can think of to check on you. (They do X-ray in a ct ring it’s so quick. )Day of surgery everything is very calm. The surgeon comes to see you. Tells you an approximate time for surgery. Once you have had your surgery the nursing staff are on it! They are amazing. English is a little broken but there is a translator that you get to know well. She is lovely. If you need to ask a question they all have mobile phones - professional- with google translate. They are very nice and caring young women and I can not think of one time they were not there straight away if I needed them. You won’t be on any solids so you will be on water and apple juice. They do offer you a broth but it was not for me. My mum was provided full meals three times a day but as you can expect any hospital food is not the best. There is a lovely cafe just to the right of the hospital. It’s actually attached. Mum loved the food and the cuppas. We stayed in a hotel for 2 days at the end Bed and breakfast- all included with a private transfer. Then collected private transfer to the airport. *** make sure you ask for a WiFi box. **** The WiFi in the hospital is very hit and miss but Dr Mani understands and knows we like to be in touch with the home so you get your own little WiFi box. Listen very carefully to the nutritionist. There is a lot to take in when you are given all your meds to bring home. You will need a backpack but it is medical equipment so it goes on as a separate piece of cabin luggage free. Dr Mani comes to see you every morning without fail. Think he came a few times on the day of surgery but I was out of but mum said he did. Would not hesitate to recommend this hospital. Brilliant. The bluetongue in the picture is from a dye you have to drink once to check all is ok. We called it the smurf tongue. read more
