Erdem’s surgery packages include airport transfers and hospital stays. We can also add 3, 4, or 5-star accommodation and general health check-ups (at special rates) to your package, should you require it.

Gastric Sleeve

I had my gastric sleeve on Saturday with doctor Ali, the whole experience was amazing. I’m not going to lie I was very nervous and anxious at the start but the nurses helped to put my mind at ease. Everyone has been amazing & I’m glad that I chose this clinic.

Gastric Sleeve

I had a gastric sleeve operation, but before being able carryout the original planned op Dr Alvanis had to tepair to a large hiatial hernia, which he did, immeadiately followed by gastric sleeve. The Nursing staff ate excellent every bit of care is taken, though at timed language barrier difficulties they were easily remedied with google translate. How could I not be happy 2 ops for the price of one, hiatius hernia op privately in Uk would be approx £3000.. so glad I took the the choice to sort out my weight before bad health problems occurred esp with the hernia...I chose this hospital for the fact Dr Omar Avlanis not only uses staples but glues and stitches the stomach before stapling...I recommend anyone to use the services offered at Erdem Hospital, why wait 1-2 years NHS ...a small price to pay to tegain some action over my health

I am very happy with the treatment they gave me in the hospital. I felt very safe and well attended, the doctor Omar is very professional and all the cardiologist nutritionist and etc ... all very professional so many that I discovered stones in the vesicle and I did not know about it and I miss iron In my blood and immediately intervened with a serum of iron before the VGS thank you again I am very happy with my decision to chose Erdem to make my bariatric surgery.

Bariatric Surgery Consultation

Very good medical care, however, I found that I had to ask for everything and nothing was ever explained to me. For example, instructions with discharge medication, aftercare, etc. If you don't ask for a discharge letter and your test results, you won't get them. The discharge letter has instructions for you GP and necessary tests required post op so it was alarming that they don't give it to you. The actual care at the hospital is great and the nurses are good, the tests are in depth. There's a lot you don't get told, another thing, you have to buy your medication before you leave, I'm lucky I had someone who had money on them. All in all, it is a good hospital and I was happy with the medical attention I received, its all the other little things that could have been better.

Gastric Sleeve. A modern hospital with good clinical care. Good overall experience. The modern clinic was very helpful. Only downside if you don't speak Turkish the communication with some of the nursing staff can be a bit difficult.

Gastric Sleeve

I had my gastric sleeve on 13/02/2018 with Dr. Omar. I was picked up from the airport to the hospital for tests before the surgery. I had a very good experience and smooth surgery. Friendly staffs and clean hospital. Everything went as they told me by the phone. Thank you for all the hard work. New clean hospital. The cleaners come twice a day to clean.

I had the gastric sleeve done in July 2018. I cannot recommend Dr Omer enough. He is fantastic at what he does and even the doctors and nurses back in the UK praised how neat his work is! I was looked after as soon as I got to the hospital and the nurses were all lovely. I never felt scared or anything as someone was always available. Even now 3months later Amina is available on WhatsApp and regularly checks up to see how I am doing. Fantastic service, very professional and great aftercare too.
