Gastric Sleeve

I was very happy with my experience. The hospital was fantastic and modern and spotless, the nursing and cleaning staff lovely and the coordinators were so helpful and patient, particularly Serenay, Salih and dietician Beliz. Dr Huseiym Eken was a gentleman. They held my hand and made sure I was comfortable and kept in touch right through to my return home. My coordinator Serenay took me out on her day off and translated for me and waited on me all day. She was so kind and helpful. When I got home and had any queries or worries they were available on What's App and asked my questions to the surgeon and came back with a reply. I will absolutely recommend THST to any friends considering surgery.

Bariatric Surgery Consultation

I was so overweight I knew I had to do something as I'm 63 it was now or never. But, by God, the difference in my health alone is amazing. This clinic is just shammazzing from the time you get off your plane to your clinic to your op and recovery they are with you 100pc. The staff are all angels every single one of them. Don't even stop and think about it do it you won't b sorry x.

Bariatric Surgery Consultation

Highly recommended for surgery or dentistry. Having researched the surgery for quite some time I had narrowed my search to two places (two surgeons), one a friend had recommended having had surgery herself and The Health Store Turkey as they used not only the surgeon (Prof Ismail Yaman) but were registered in both the UK and Turkey.Fortunately, the surgeon was coming to the UK for consultations (pre covid) and I arranged to attend The Health Store Turkeys consultation day. Straight away I knew this was the right team for me, they were so warm, welcoming and informative.I travelled to Turkey with a group of others who were having surgery the same week. I had never met them before but we were linked together by THST team and soon became a great friendly support group for each other.I opted to book for a week even though I was only required to stay for four nights as my son decided to travel for dental work and we wanted to see a bit of Izmir (lovely city). We stayed in the Hilton which was very central and great to get about from. When it was time to go to the hospital the transfer collected us from the hotel.On arrival at the hospital, I was shown to a room with two bed (one for me and one for my travel companion), two chairs, a table, a TV and a private bathroom. Towels and toiletries were provided and changed daily.Pre-op tests began immediately and were very thorough including (but not definitive) blood, chest x-ray, liver scan, respiratory function, endoscope quickly followed by consultations with each area to get approval before presenting them all to the surgeon for your final consultation and discussion about the procedure. Through all these tests a member of The Health Store Turkey team was with me to ensure any confusion or clarification required with translations was answered and cleared up immediately.Surgery - well what can I say, I don't remember a thing after arriving at the theatre until I woke in the recovery room. I told the nurse I was fine and got myself up to walk to the bathroom and never looked back.The nursing staff were great and whilst some had limited English it was better than my Turkish and THST team were always there to assist. Again I was escorted to post-surgery tests/scans and to speak with a nutritionist about my eating plan going forward. Before discharge, the surgeon visited to review the test results, ensure I was ok and understood the instructions for my weight loss journey. I was also given a medical pack that included blood thinners, stomach protectors, liquid multivitamins, dissolvable pain killers, protein shakes, a shaker and pill crusher. THST team took time to explain when each should be used and for how long.Whilst all this was going on my son was attending the dental unit for new teeth, I'm petrified of the dentist but braved it to check he was ok. For the first time ever I felt ok and didn't panic in the dentists. His procedure was moving along very quickly and he also felt the service was second to none. I was so impressed that I asked about getting my teeth done whilst there and straight away the had a look, took Xrays, made recommendations, listened to what I wanted and started the process the very next day to work around my surgery and leaving date. Not once did anyone grumble about the spanner I'd thrown in the works and everyone was really flexible in making it happen.I have never experienced such care and attention as I did by THST team whilst there, they become friends not just a support team.Once discharged from the hospital the care and support doesn't end there as the UK team continue with via various forms of communication and answering numerous questions, nothing is too much trouble for the day or night.Overall it has been a great experience for me with excellent service from wonderful people. THST team just keep doing what you guys do best.I would highly recommend the company and will return for other procedures in the future.

Where do l begin, my words are not enough to explain how l received first-class treatment from the medical team ( lzmar) I refer them as “the A-team”. Everything was top-notch, well-organised and the hospital immaculate. I’m grateful to have gone through this surgery (breast reduction) after years of carrying excess load consequently, having back problems. No mistakes, everything went well. I’m pleased with the results. Thank you Doc Onder k & team you are the best team ever!!🥰🫶🫶

Dental Crowns, Dental Bridges

Wonderful experience. Had my teeth totally transformed with 25 crowns and two bridges. Wonderful, no pain and fantastic dentist. 6 months on and I have not had any issues. Hotel perfect and transport to and from the dentist was pure luxury. All staff was amazing. I will be back!

I am now 23 months from having my Gastric Sleeve with The Health Store Turkey. Best decision I ever made, and my only regret is, wish I’d done it sooner. Even almost 2 year’s on, if I wanted support of any kind, it’s there. I can’t begin to explain the treatment from inquiring to booking, being picked up, the pre-op tests, the care throughout was just outstanding. If you’re thinking about it, go for it. There is honesty and transparency from day 1. I’m loving all the beautiful clothes I can choose from and feel good in. I was in a tight size 20, now I’m a size 6/8. Being only 5ft I can also wear kids clothes 😊

The Health Store Turkey gave me the most amazing experience as I travelled alone to Izmir for Gastric Sleeve Surgery. From the moment I was met at the airport I was given the most fantastic care, the hospital was immaculate....every member of staff I met was wonderfully caring, friendly, and professional.The surgeon was fantastic and was happy to answer every question I had, surgery went well and he was back to visit me several times a day whilst I was in the hospital. The aftercare has been excellent it feels so good to know I am supported as I go forward on my journey. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Bariatric Surgery Consultation

I was very apprehensive initially but found the process very streamlined. There's always a Rep there to keep you informed and help with any issues. I unfortunately had a fall during my hotel stay and the reps couldnt have been more helpful to me. My postoperative period has been so well supported with constant check ins and always someone at the end of WhatsApp to help you through.

I travelled alone in June 21 had sleeve surgery from the time I arrived at the hospital I was made feel so welcome. The staff and medical team are excellent. The surgeon was so professional . I'd no pain was up walking within an hour of returning from surgery. I would highly recommend that ismer for anyone thinking of going on this journey. I have never looked back never had any issues. I'm 7 months post-op doing fantastic feeling fantastic my health has greatly improved my confidence has been massively improved I be forever grateful to all the team for providing such a professional service. Also the surgeon was agent. I for sure will recommend that. I will most definitely return for my plastic surgery.Many thanks to each and every one of you without a doubt I will be returning
