Absolutely amazing care from the start. Megan & Leanne make your journey so much easier by being by your side the whole way through, nothing was too much for them. The surgeon’s were very professional explained everything in detail and checked in on me daily through my stay, the nursing staff and hospital staff on the ward were friendly and helpful they even attempted to speak english. The aftercare from the Cisil has been amazing she’s always checking in with me and responds fast with any questions I have.

The treatment I received was second to none. From the moment I made contact with gastrolife I was treated like royalty. The care and compassion I received from the moment I made contact were unbelievable. Before and after surgery no ask was too big. The care and support I was shown after surgery was amazing with round the clock care I couldn't imagine doing it any other way. When I returned home the care didn't stop there the team are in contact daily checking in and helping in anyway way they can. From the moment I made contact everything was so easy I didn't have to worry about a thing they left no stone unturned. It didn't feel like I was just another number I felt like I was family from the get-go. The surgery a team have given me a new outlook on life and I've never been happier I now have a new extended family in turkey and I can't wait to go back and show them my progress!! 3 months down and almost 4 stone off!!

You were an absolute delight, so positive and bubbly the whole way through! You felt like family from the very beginning. We are so honoured you chose us and can't wait to see you again soon. You're doing so well, we are all so proud of you ❤️

I had a very good experience with Gastro Life Assistance. The staff were friendly and helpful, the journey from Airport and back was great. I couldn't have asked for a better package which included amazing aftercare. My treatment was Vaser lipo and so far I'm very happy with the results 6 weeks after. Thanks a lot!!

Gastric Sleeve

I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Gastro Life Assistance! I booked to fly on my own from England to Turkey to have the gastric sleeve surgery and I have been so supported throughout by the whole team - from Georgina initially calming my nerves and keeping me informed, to Lyann being by my side 24/7 throughout my time in Turkey, to Cisil always being available with advice and answers to any questions I have now that I’m back home. The hospital was clean, tidy, spacious and the staff were so friendly, the price is fantastic, my surgeon (Dr Özgün Akgül) was informative, friendly and professional and I have healed very well and lost over 2 stone in 3 weeks. So impressed and would recommend this company over and over. Thank you all x

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming and they put you at ease straight away.After your surgery, you are continually checked in by the team and even see the surgeon multiple times throughout your stay so can ask whatever questions you may have. When you return home if you have any questions they are just a message away and if you haven’t contacted them you still hear from them as they message you just checking in to see how you’re getting on! They are just the other end of the phone for anything. I’ve never known aftercare like it! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! 💕

I had the best experience here. I went on my own for a gastric sleeve but never felt alone. Lyann was so supportive and helpful and all the nurses were absolutely fantastic. I was so scared when I arrived but from the minute they greeted me I felt so at ease. Easily the best decision I have ever made and I am so grateful I chose gastro-life assistance to help me on my journey. My room was huge and absolutely spotless. Great experience!

Gastric Sleeve

I had a gastric sleeve with GLA in July. I was blown away by the high level of customer service and clinical care, expertise, and skill. The support and engagement you receive before you even step on the plane is fantastic. I travelled to Izmir alone which wasn’t a problem because the wonderful staff at GLA treat you like family and are truly looked after and supported every step of the way. It really did feel more like a little holiday with new friends. I work in the healthcare industry and I was so impressed with how thorough and efficient the hospital was. The nurses and doctors are top tier, pre and post op tests are also more thorough than the UK. My surgeon did an amazing job, I had 3 incisions that are barely visible and I’m only 2 weeks post op. Aftercare is also amazing so if you are thinking of having surgery I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful company. The team work incredibly hard to give you the best experience and level of care and I will certainly be returning for more surgery in the near future.
