I had gastric sleeve surgery on 26 January 2023. I was obese on the BMI scale, however my reason for the surgery was arthritis pain in my knees and fibromyalgia. The whole experience was fantastic from the initial communication through to today. All staff I came into contact with were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I am no longer classed as obese nor overweight on the BMI scale and my arthritis and fibromyalgia do not bother me daily anymore. It was, and continues to be, the best decision I have made for myself.

After many weeks of research I found B&G Health Clinic. These guys ticked all the boxes in what I was looking for and what I needed. I was given a phone number for a lovely lady her name is Bilgi. This lady is absolutely fantastic you can message through what’s app. Bilgi arranged absolutely everything for me right down from meeting me at the airport with transfer transport to clinic plus a fantastic stay in the hospital with the most caring and brilliant staff that take care of you 24 seven and then you’ve got the surgeon. What can I say about this surgeon he is one of the best surgeons I could talk about. He is absolutely fantastic and very friendly comes and sees you have chats with you. Then after my operation and stay in the hospital transport was arranged to take me to a five star hotel. Wow hotel was absolutely brilliant with a thermal swimming pool. Only problem was the bar was a little bit expensive but you won’t need it, then I was picked up the following morning from the hotel I transferred back to the airport. If anybody is considering weight loss surgery, I do recommend giving these guys a try- even have a chat with them.

Gastric Sleeve SurgeryI had gastric sleeve surgery at BG Health Clinic as a result of my long research on the recommendation of my friend. They picked me up from the airport in an excellent vehicle and took me to the hospital. The team at the hospital made me feel great. My room was perfect, very clean and comfortable. It was like a 5 star hotel. My surgery was perfect. All the staff were very nice and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Pain relief was always available without any problem. Staying in the hospital for 5 nights made me feel safe.My journey from start to finish was coordinated by Bilci, who was very reliable and kept his word. Very very professional people. They visited me constantly. I will come back for cosmetic surgery in the future.The clinic was very well equipped with all medical supplies. Very high standards of cleanliness, my room was cleaned several times a day. I have no problems so far and I recommend BG Health Clinic 1000%.

Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side. I contacted BG in January through a recommendation of a friend after searching a few different ones and from the first couple of messages I knew this was the right decision. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible. When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey. My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. If you're thinking about any surgery with this company, I would honestly 100% recommend.

I can highly recommend B&G Health Clinic, I have done my procedure (sleeve) with them on the 26th of July. On that day I did my endoscopy and doctors detected something, I had to go for extra exams, this just gave me more confidence that they wouldn't put me through surgery if it wasn't safe. So, everything was good and the sleeve was done. I already lost over 40 kg and feel so well and energetic. If you want to gain your life back, talk to Bilgi at B&G Health Clinic Izmir. All staff there is AMAZING 🙏

Stop your Research!!! I did it for you... Read below please.I researched for gastric sleeve procedures in Turkey, for over 3 months. I had a very hard time with understanding the responses (which I received 3 days later). I found Bilgi who finally answered me, and in 1 week finally my surgery was booked and so was my flight. She was very informative and responded to any inquires I had within 5 mins. She cares and always asks and checks up on her patients. This isn't just her job it is her passion. Go with Grand Medical Hospital, Manisa Izmir Turkey. The team is awesome. Dr. Osman visits his patients 2 times a day. He makes sure he delivers the best he can so you reach your healing within its stages!!!I would definitely go back for any other procedures in the future!!!

Supportive and Smooth experience with BG Health ClinicI have been considering WLS for a number of years, but have been always fearful of complications. I can honestly say from the beginning of the process getting in touch with BG Health Clinic and having my first consultation with the surgeon I was made to feel so comfortable and heard. I have a very detailed personality, so it was ideal that alot of the documents and support information, food plans, etc are giving me access at my own convenience. Any questions I had they were always quick to answer and I felt supported. It was a quick process for me, so I had the procedure with BG Health Clinic. Again a lovely supportive experience, the staff and surgeon were amazing. Many thanks also to Bilgi and Gamze. They were fantastic. They made me feel at ease and was conscious of how fearful I was and helped me get through that. My recovery is going great, and I am looking forward to great results as a result of this gastric sleeve surgery. I recently had breast augmentation surgery at BG Health Clinic on October 20. I am very happy with the support I received from day one, my patient coordinator was very informative and helped me answer all my questions. I had my surgery done by Doctor Melih, who was wonderful and caring and attentive, he listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me the best advice on what would be best to achieve the results I was after.The team at the hospital before and after my surgery went above and beyond to accommodate my place and I can't blame them. Overall I am very happy with the care I have received from everyone. And my new breasts have turned out great. Thank you to everyone at BG Health Clinic for all your help on my journey.
