I opted to go with this clinic for my gastric balloon. The pre sales service was good and everything happened as planned when I travelled to Brussels for the procedure. However, as soon as i paid them on arrival, they checked me into the belgian hospital and i have never heard from them again. Everything was meant to be paid for but i also now have the belgian hospital chasing me for a further 100 euros!It has now been over 12 months since i had the gastric balloon put in and i have never heard from them once......i have had to get the balloon taken out on the NHS!
