The initial contact was made on line, the lady who called me was lovely and sorted everthing out for me. She was polite and efficient. I arrived at the hospital where again the staff were wonderful, so polite. When I saw Dr Dexter he was very professional and easy to talk with. The treatment was quick and pretty easy to be honest. I was happy with my treatment today. Really good!
