I have been going to spoiled rotten for about a year and a half. I never leave unsatisfied. If ever I am unhappy with my results, Karen has gotten me back in immediately to exceed my expectations. I have ridiculous expression lines on my forehead and she has minimized those which had increased my confidence. I also plan on going to see her for a tightening treatment on my stomach very soon, as I have lost a lot of weight and am having a hard time tightening my stomach. Thank you, Karen and family and I will see you shortly today. Excellent overall service.
