A lady telephoned me firstly, which is very impressive. We spoke about waxing, and I explained that I always get pain, whether it's the wax used, or just me!!! Pain seems to get worse with age, maybe?! I made an appt. Therapist very nice, and asked if the pain was a bit better with their wax. I had to say it wasn't, but I just suppose it's me!!! Otherwise, nice therapist, lovely salon, and treatment good. Lip and chin and eyebrow wax.

I have had several treatments done with Empower including the most important of all my wedding make up!I had an amazing wedding day because of the way they made me look from my makeup and hair extensions to my semi permanent eye brows! I would highly recommend them to anyone - they are truly talented and so lovely to deal with. Amazing! I wouldn't let anyone else do my eyebrows or makeup! They are so professional and talented but they are also such a nice bunch of people it makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable!
