Most painful and most expensive wax I've ever had. I was booking last minute as my regular salon had no free appointment and as Pure Spa is a well known spa, I expected it was the next best thing. I can't complain about the beautician's friendliness, however the wax applicator technique they used was horrible. Unsure why they don't use Lycon or similar. Was left with pain and redness for nearing 5 days after wax. Will never return for any treatment.
