I was so amazed at the result after the first visit

I researched this treatment for over two years after many years of over-plucking and struggling to define what was left of my poor brows.. Poor eyesight did not help the matter so I looked and researched and came across Kiwi Beauty and was so impressed by what I could read and images on the site. I eventually contacted Hayley and instantly knew this was the right person to restore my looks and rebuild my confidence, she was warm, understanding, patient, kind and generally very professional giving me a lot of advice and explaining the procedure in detail. her prices are more than fair and she takes her time to ensure your comfort is key at all times throughout the treatment. I was so amazed at the result after the first visit and the aftercare package was second to none. I will return in 6 weeks time for my touch up but already my confidence and looks are fully restored. My first impression was of a high end salon in a first class home. Clean, warm and inviting. The consultation and treatment was explained in great detail and I was invited to ask questions at every stage and my understanding clarified . The actual "design" of my new brows was agreed between us with full measurements taken and colour matched agreed. The actual treatment itself was not painful as numbing cream was applied. I was given the opportunity throughout to watch with a hand mirror and was also reassured and my comfort was top class. Hayley checked I was 150% happy afterwards and immediately my second touch up appointment was discussed and agreed. The after care package was also explained in detail and Hayley ensured I fully understood. In whole this was a fantastic experience and I wish I had found Hayley at the start of my long search. I look years younger, I no longer have to struggle daily to draw the remnants of over-plucked and abused brows and my new ones look so perfectly groomed but natural. I cannot praise this Salon more.
