Beauty Salon Enquiry

I was booking an appointment for my elderly father in law so he could have a regular manicure. As my request was a bit unusual, Lorraine was very helpful and understanding. She was very efficient and replied to my queries promptly. She was kind in fitting in a time in a short period of time. I was not present when she attended but I understand all went well and my father in law said she was a lovely lady, and did an excellent job on his nails.
