I am sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your experience, as I always try my utmost to provide the best standard of treatments and care to all my clients. I was shocked to hear the colour had faded so quickly as this has never happened before, or since, and I have been in conversation with the pigment suppliers to find out why this was the case. However, it should also be noted that, as I explained in detail at the time, the treatment for brows is only deemed complete after 2 treatments, rather than the single treatment that you underwent, and I am sure that we would have achieved a lasting colour with the second treatment. In regards to one eyebrow being higher than the other, I use accurate and calibrated measuring techniques, and having measured your brows on two separate occasions I know that this is not the case, and it certainly does not appear to be so in the photographic record that I am obliged to keep. Commonly, people have what is known as a 'mirror face'. This tends to involve pulling a facial expression that is, often subconsciously, adopted when looking at oneself in a mirror. This expression typically differs from the relaxed expression that others see, and a raised eyebrow is a common, yet subtle, manifestation of this. As an experienced technician, and previously a portrait artist and an experienced make-up artist, I have spent many years study people's faces and the minutiae of their facial expressions. With regards to the premises, it was indeed under renovation at the time, although the beauty rooms themselves have always been kept spotless whilst in use as the medical nature of work, and strict licensing governing the procedures, requires nothing less. It would be worth noting that all of the renovation work has now been completed to a very high standard. I have never seen paint peeling from the walls, but rest assured that if the clinic were in such a poor state, then I would not work from there.
