Clinic One is staffed with good, efficient employees and doctors. The managing director, Santosh Poudel, is extremely helpful. Although he’s on a very tight schedule, he always found time, provided excellent service and was very resourceful in procuring medical supplies during Covid-19 lockdown. Also, his assistance when my Dad was unwell was invaluable. Clinic One aims to please all patients and customers, I wish them every success.

I had booked an appointment online and on the date I got through it easily and quickly. My appointment was for a vaccine and when I reached within a few minutes of front desk conversation I was asked to fill out the form. Once done I was called in quickly and the job was done. The staff were very helpful and all had a smile on their faces…. Had a nice experience oh! N will be visit again for the second dose.

Whenever I am sick Clinic One comes to my mind coz I get the best consultation. The best part is I can share what I am feeling. I usually make an appointment with Dr. Mahesh Dahal. Most important thing is that I trust his consultation and advice. Moreover, everything is good like cleanliness, staffs are welcoming and friendly. One thing I can suggest for improvement is that staff needs to be more active and clear to patients.

The staff and doctor I've encountered at Clinic 1 have been extremely helpful, and readily available. Dr Prativa Shrestha, who's treated me on numerous occasions, ranging from peels, and skin lesions removals, is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and always responsive to my many questions. She's very personable, cheerful, and goes the extra mile to ensure that I'm satisfied and pleased with the medical care I'm receiving. I consider myself lucky to have Dr Shrestha as my dermatologist.
