I went to see a new Shellharbour dentist last year ('Shellharbour City Dental' at Shellharbour Square). and was very impressed with their service. All the staff were very professional and friendly. Everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what would be done and why. The work to fix a longstanding dental problem was performed quickly and painlessly. I was very pleased with the quality of their dental work, the caring and patient attitude of the staff, and the cost was also very reasonable.I would have no hesitation recommending this dentist to my friends and family, and would feel confident taking my young children to them. I had a look at the Shellharbour dental website before I went in, mainly to get a feel for whether they were one of those dentists that just tries to get more & more patients through the door. Well, it was nice surprise because they actually they lived up to all the claims they made on their website.

Was great. They were polite friendly and carried a conversation with me while assessing my needs and told me everything they were going to do before they did it. It was great we discussed my needs and the cost of each procedure I need. They made me feel comfortable and at home the whole time.

Very professional, the lovely Dentist Randa, went through all my procedures thoroughly before anything, she talked me through what she was doing and confirmed that I understood what and why she was going to do that treatment. I had a full clean and 3 fillings, Randa has a wealth of knowledge and treatments offered are given with great care. I was made to feel very comfortable. Randa and her team Tammy and others are very professional, friendly and the dental space is very clean and covid safe procedures in place. Thank you, Randa and your team.

I had Invisalign I go for regular treatment. I also had Invisalign™ treatment and was very impressed. The dentists are very professional and also very friendly, I actually enjoy going. They are the best dentist I have been to, both my husband and myself would not go anywhere else.

Probably the most thorough but gentle teeth clean Ive had. Good communication about what i need in future. I will have no hesitation returning for further dental work I chose this clinic because it was close, but i got lucky. All the staff are warm and friendly. Everything you could hope for when faced with needing to visit a dentist
