Being in the entertainment industry I was always self-conscious of my smile not being up to scratch so I took the leap and sought the help of Tony and his team at the Brisbane smile centre to fix my broken smile. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist but Tony and his team put that behind me. I was more than happy with my Glam smile veneers and the cost was way less than I expected, the whole process was a breeze from start to finish, do yourself a favour, stop hiding your broken smile, the result could be life-changing, it was for me.

I had a partial denture most of my life and Avenue Dental advised me that implants were a great alternative. The process is not yet completed but going very well so far. I will admit I was very apprehensive about undergoing the process but I have experienced no pain and just a little discomfort. The people taking care of me at Avenue Dental have been outstanding. I have a lifelong fear of Dentists but this group have made my experience almost pleasant and considering what I am having done is extraordinary. Everyone at this clinic seems to go out of their way to make the experience pleasant. The rating expressed below is rated on my experience to date as it is not yet complete.

"I experienced significant discomfort during my visit"

I was disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic in Toowoomba. I felt that the level of care did not meet my expectations, and I experienced significant discomfort during my visit. Unfortunately, I had to seek further treatment elsewhere to address an issue with my tooth. I also felt that some comments made during my appointment were unprofessional, which added to my discomfort. Based on my experience, I do not plan to return. I hope the clinic takes this feedback into consideration to improve patient care in the future.

I had a routine clean and polish. The work done was fantastic. The dentist cleaned my teeth like they had not been cleaned before. As he was working on them it felt very different and much more thorough. When he was finished he explained there was build up there over years that had not be cleaned of. It was the best dental clean treatment I have had in a long time. I choose this clinic because it was reasonably priced. The work done was thorough and better than I have received at other clinics. I would definitely recommended it and will be taking the whole family there from now on.
