Dental Filling

Dental Crowns

Dental Crowns (also known as "tooth caps" or "teeth crowns") are ceramic or metal-based covers that create a healthy tooth-like appearance over the top of any tooth or dental implant & implant abutment.

While the preparation work and fitting of the final crown is done by a dentist or prosthodontist (restorative dentist) the actual crown is made in a dental lab by dental technicians or in the clinic using a 3D printing device.

All major dental implant manufacturers such as Megagen, Nobel Biocare, Strauman and Dentsply have moved to support this type of dental treatment, due to its increasing popularity as an alternative to removable dentures (false teeth).
