Never had been to Lumi before this. Found this clinic because of good reviews online. Received a routine cleaning. I also had the basic whitening applied. (She uses a different technique than most dental hygienists - just ask her). She even gave me great tips on how to keep my teeth white longer.Lumi was such a professional and wonderful hygienist. She had just returned from a vacation and happily fit me into her schedule, even though I gave her such short notice. A thorough cleaning for my mouth always takes longer than expected, and she had no problem allotting the time I needed.I have never been happier with a mouth cleaning experience! If I lived in Kitchener, I would absolutely be going to Lumi on a regular basis!

Treatment went amazing. Had my teeth cleaned and whitened in a very professional manner. I love dentists, but they cannot come close to cleaning teeth like dental hygienists do. Good oral health begins with proper maintenance. If you need a dentist it's because you don't have a dental hygienist to help you protect your investment, which is your smile! Overall performance, amazing!

My husband went in for a cleaning, which he hasn't had done in over ten years. Lumi was sympathetic and thorough, and we will definitely be going back! It was the first time either of us have had such a positive experience with dental work. Lumi was the first to reply to my enquiry and contacted me by phone instead of by email. Her clinic has a calming/soothing atmosphere, and you can tell she really loves her work. She is patient and gentle when working on you, and makes you feel totally relaxed. We will definitely be going back!

If I could give Lumi 10 stars I would. She was amazing! You would be stupid to put your oral care in the hands of anyone else. She is wonderful, gentle, caring and takes pride in her work. You won't leave that chair until you're perfect and she'll make sure of it. Lumi not only gave me my oral health back, she also gave me my confidence back. Lumi's scaling feels like a massage for your teeth and gums, she knows what instruments to use and exactly how to use them to ensure maximum cleaning and comfort. Give her a call, don't delay, her rates are very affordable and her number one priority is your care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Lumi, you have changed my life!

I met with Lumie for a cleaning and a polishing and she was SUCH A pleasure to work with. She made me feel right at home with her conversation and gentleness. I was a bit anxious going into it since I haven't had my teeth touched in a while but she did an amazing job! I am so grateful, I loved the music she played and how clean and beautiful her new clinic was!

Is a very good, I'm so happy after go there she give me a very good service, she gives dedication for each part of my teeth, also the attention was nice and kind. Every tools are clean and the equipment is new high tech. My experience there was perfect everything is clean and healthy, the place is spacious, and I have not to wait too long, she was very punctual and a I feel comfortable. The clinic has a good ilumination and the place is very nice.

Lumi is the best dental hygienist I have ever been to! I have sensitive teeth and gums, but I no longer fear dental cleanings, going to see Lumi. Her skill is far above the rest, making dental cleanings comfortable and enjoyable. My husband and I also had our teeth whitened by Lumi for our wedding. The results were amazing! We received so many compliments on our smiles. I highly recommend Lumi to anyone looking for a dental hygienist for for teeth whitening.
