Dr. Thiru is incredibly relaxed and never rushes—you can feel she really listens. During my first visit, she praised me where things were surprisingly strong (even though I’d never before been to a dentist!) and then went over exams and x‑rays in detail.What stood out most: she graciously waived the $40 difference between the CDCP fee guide and the Ontario fee guide, booked my cleaning within two days, and still took the time to share before-and-after photos of patients whose transformations are nothing short of amazing. I’m stunned by what she’s done for smile confidence here in London.The exam room is calming, with a window view of lush woods—it makes you feel grounded and at ease.
