I was at Brightside earlier today for 2 extractions. As always, everyone from start to finish was professional, caring, informative, and extremely good at each of their jobs in the whole process. I was so lucky to have Dr Janzen as my dentist for close to 30 years and now to have someone who is definitely filling those talented shoes with enthusiastic ease, in Dr Lacelle.Not for a minute does all the rest of the staff there, not hold their own piece of the puzzle that makes a hard to enjoy an experience actually enjoyable. The front desk ladies and all the kind and skilled staff in the back,.make an uncomfortable situation a walk in the park. Thanks for everything today.Very much appreciated. read more
