From the moment you walk in the door, they help to make you feel at ease and comfortable no matter what the dental procedure (regular check-up, dental cleaning, braces, etc.). I went for both sides of dental bridge re-fixing at Southern Community Dental Care, the Dentist -Dr Justin Silverstein's team was very good. The Dentist fixed by old Bridge at one side even after a root canal treatment. Dr Justin Silverstein is a very good dentist. He is very good at his work, the staff is also very polite. I will suggest anyone for their dental treatment. read more

NONE I took my son for some orthodontic work. He needed braces for his teeth. The staff was very polite and gave a 45 minutes session and explained every thing, how it will work and what will be the payment and how the payment will be made in instalments. How much is the initial cost etc. On the following visit, they did the x-rays and we paid $250. (first instalment). On the next visit they gave us a run around as the doctor was not back from her vacation. On the 3rd visit the Dr. was there, she saw my son and said she will study the x-rays and moulds and will get back to us.For 2-3 weeks nothing happened, I finally called the clinic, the receptionist said she will call me back in an hour after consulting the Dr. No response for 2 days. Then I asked my son to call again and the receptionist gave him appointment for the next day. When he visited the clinic, he was told he his case is send to another orthodontist and that they cannot take care of his problem. The whole procedure of doing nothing cost us $120 and 5-6 weeks. He could have the braces by the 2nd week and things would have changed for him. He could not get a job because of this free spin.I cannot trust this clinic and will never recommend even an enemy to this place. read more

Never got an answer, I am happy since it shows me that this clinic would not take care of me correctly.

All three of my children are currently patients at Viva. We have nothing but praise and gratitude for Dr.Gallant and his team. They are very accommodating about getting appointments together, working with our busy schedules and making sure the kids are looked after. Dr Gallant has gone out of his way to help in an emergency situation on a weekend. He took the time to meet us after hours to help remove a painful bracket from my son’s spacer. Absolutely amazing! I’m so happy with Viva and would highly recommend them. read more

This is the most personable office you could find! They welcomed my daughter and myself to make us feel comfortable and my daughter can't wait to get her braces. The orthodontist even knew she was a mouth breather and I have sleep apnea so he's going to gently widen the top part of her teeth as a preventative measure! Impressed impressed impressed!
