Very thorough in explaining treatment options

Fillings

I am travelling from Australia and was not sure if I chipped my tooth or I needed a filling. Dr Tomas was very prompt at replying to my enquiry, spoke excellent English and made me feel at ease having a dentist appointment in another country. Dr Tomas was very thorough and was able to explain what treatment options there were and his recommendations for my chipped tooth. I would highly recommend this clinic near Salvador Station. If you are foreigner with limited Spanish this is an excellent choice of clinic, easy to get to on transportation and very friendly and efficient staff.

Fillings, Teeth Cleaning

2 x fillings, cleaning My experience with IGCH Dental was great. I was only in Santiago for a few days, and needed to get some cavities looked at before I left. I was contacted within a few hours of making my initial inquiry. I got an appointment straight away. Thomas was great - friendly, efficient, and professional. He filled 2 cavities perfectly. I'd definitely recommend this clinic!

Root Canals

Root Canal I am very satisfied with the treatment that I received from IGCH dental. I went there with a tooth infection/abscess that required emergency treatment. In addition to treating my tooth, Dr Tomás Vera and Dr Daniela Cornejo did everything they could to help with the pain and swelling, and checked up to see how I was doing after hours. They even stayed later to help me on a Saturday. They were also happy to meet all of the paperwork that my travel insurer required.

Dr. Vera provided excellent email communication before an appointment. He reviewed my previous X-rays and developed a plan. He replaced a crown and put in a new bridge. All went well at a very affordable price compared to Canada. Excellent English certainly helps.

I decided against having the tooth removed

Dental Implants

I needed emergency and rapid treatment for a loose crowned tooth. I decided against having the tooth removed, after consultation, and had an emergency replacement tooth made, within 24 hours! The replacement tooth was perfect in every way, I have not had cause to use it yet but it is there ready to be used when the original eventually falls out! An excellent experience, I am a very nervous patient! I was treated with extreme kindness , patience and professionalism. I would happily revisit ,with confidence if the need arose and am more than happy to recommend the clinic. Thank you for your help and kindness.
