Dental Implants

In December of 2020, I contacted via email Dr Olga Reyes. She called me and we had a detailed conversation about the procedure that I needed to be done. She went to great lengths to assure me that my health concerns were of priority and she provided me with a written estimate for the dental work to be done. She was very informative and attentive to my dental needs. I travelled from Colorado to Bogota, we had an initial meeting in her office. She and her staff went the extra distance to adhere to all COVID 19 protocols. Unfortunately for me, I suffered from altitude sickness due to the elevation of Bogota. The condition raised my blood pressure. I was unable to have the procedure. Dr Reyes was the utmost medical professional in her concern for the altitude sickness and did everything possible to assist me in getting treatment for my high blood pressure. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Dr Reyes and her staff. I was unable to have the surgery and returned to the US and I am currently undergoing medical visits to get the BP back to normal. When my BP back to normal I plan on making a return visit to Dr Reyes office in Colombia to get the dental implants.

Fillings, Teeth Cleaning

I had a mercury filling replaced and several poor white fillings replaced and a clean. All were done very professionally, with great care and were super improvements. The clinic was excellent.Olga my dentist was the best I have ever exeprienced. She spoke excellent English, was honest, direct and yet considerate and caring.She did a fantastic job of replacing my fillings and cleaning my teeth and only had my best interests in mind.I cannot recommend Olga and this practise enough. They booked me in quickly and dealt with me very professionally.My partner is now going to go and see them based on the superb experience and results.

Dental Implants, Root Canals, Dental Crowns, Dentist Consultation

In life you have the opportunity to meet phenomenal people, whether they are musicians, craftsman or in this case a dentist. From my initial contact I was impressed with Dr. Reyes. After I e-mailed her she called me twice to discuss my treatment options. She was patient and explained the treatment alternatives in terms that I could easily understand. On my first visit she determined that I needed eight (8) implants, a root canal, numerous crowns and that my vertical dimension needed to be increased. Dr Reyes told me I would need to make three (3) trips to Bogota for treatment. To date I have completed two (2) of the trips. Essentially she is reconstructing my mouth. I was missing multiple teeth, and had badly worn teeth due to teeth grinding. I have never met a clinician who is so in tune with a patients needs. Her attention to detail is impeccable, she by all accounts is an artisan when it comes to dentistry. I have never known a dentist who has paid this much attention to the smallest of details. Her chair side manner is something I have never experienced. I have spent many hours in her office and have never felt rushed, never felt like I was just another client. Rather the treatment has always been very comfortable with a feeling of genuine importance to her. Her office is impeccably clean, her staff are beyond polite and Dr. Reyes speaks very good English this was important because my Spanish is very limited. Whatever you know about dentistry in the States, leave at the door. The treatment I received here is far beyond any treatment I have ever had in the USA. I cannot compliment this clinic enough, I really have no words. My teeth to date look absolutely amazing, she has changed my life. Beyond the treatment Dr. Reyes is a great resource for local Colombian cuisine, culture ECT. I won't go into the cost, but the savings are substantial. My final thoughts. Dr. Reyes is a rare find in the world of medical/dental practitioners. I feel very fortunate to have found such a capable professional, who truly cares about the quality of her work as well as the welfare of her patients! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

Dental Crowns

Olga Reyes is a wonderful & excellent dentist. I can't speak highly enough about her and their team at Esthetic Dent. The atmosphere is laidback and friendly. Reyes was incredibly helpful, thorough and informative. I haven't met anyone so nice and charming like her. Dr. Reyes is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry she can offer without her financial gain or motive. I have had a good fortune to met such a gentle dentist who speaks fluent English. She has a specialization in dental implants. She made sure that I do not have to come back from the USA for the dental work she has done.

Dentist Consultation, Sedation for dental treatments

After ignoring my teeth for a long time it became clear it was time to visit dentist. As I was in Bogota for another procedure I decided to visit Esthetic Dent for a review. To nobodies surprise the list of work necessary was long. I made an appointment for a later time and due to my claustrophobia I asked for the additional sedation. The cost of the sedation was low compared to in the US and it was worth every penny spent. After six hours in the chair Dr. Olga Lucia Reyes was done for the day. I had booked a hotel really close to the clinic so I wanted to walk back to my hotel. Dr. Reyes didn't allow me to walk due to the sedation but wanted me to call a taxi or Uber for three blocks. I think that's an embarrassment so she had me sit down and didn't let me leave. She sent her assistant to get me juice and a thee. After an hour I had enough of sitting around and wanted to leave. She finally agreed but, like any mother would have, she had me confirm I got to my hotel OK. I include all this story because besides being an excellent dentist Dr. Reyes is also a wonderful person absolutely taking care of her patients. I know I will be back in a few months for the work that hasn't been done these days.
