Dental Crowns, Veneers, Dental Implants, Root Canals

Got 9 crowns, 8 veneers,3 implants, 3 root canals, fixed underbite 3 rd category.I had a dr. Castro working on my teeth. Wth having underbitechipped - crooked upper front teeth, uneven bottom, she did phenomenaljob on restoring all to best possible smile. And fixed underbite as well.So now every thing looks like normal bite, teeth are all even and pretty, I can smile now.Dr. Umana placed 3 implants, pain free. And their support team also All were great. All was a bit pricey, but with top notch work, all appointment on time,awesome results at the end it was wort it. Clinic is very modern, dental team is a top notch,very professional people. They will pick you upand bring back to hotel.I got lucky, as 1st clinic of my choice did notworked out for me. So Meza clinic was able to get me in on very urgent notice, as I was already in CR.And after working with them i realized,they should been only choice! No complaints of any kind.

Dental Crowns

My teeth were a mess with a huge overbite that was causing my top crowns to continue popping off. I needed to open the bite or face a lifetime of problems. Plus, my existing crowns were worn, broken, and failing, and the overall appearance of my smile was poor due to discoloration and worn down appearance. So I chose to get a full mouth restoration. The clinic is excellent staffed by top-notch doctors with impeccable credentials. Mine was a fairly complex case, so a lot of dentists worked on me. My primary dentist was Dr. Marin. She was fabulous. The clinic is very modern, and they speak English flawlessly. Jose will pick you up at the airport and will take you to and from your appointments.

Porcelain Veneers

I went to the Meza Clinic in May 2013. I'm 28, and never had a chance to smile, my teeth were terrible. After one year of research in looking at various clinics throughout the world for veneers, I picked the Meza Clinic because they have a dental coordinator that was an American ex-pat and spoke fluent English on the phone and via email. Most clinics that replied back spoke bad English, and I could only imagine what would happen if I actually proceeded since they didn't know what my expectations were.I'm from Canada, and there are quite a few dentists here, however, prices were sky-high and I've had some terrible dentists before. After reading many reviews and not finding one bad review online about the Meza Clinic, I went ahead and booked my trip.I did not get Dr. Meza, but instead, the 2nd dentist there, her name was Dr. Marin. She was the most professional, down to earth person I have ever met. She told me exactly her thoughts, and originally was quoted a higher rate when they saw my pictures on the Internet, but after the x-rays and pictures, the cost was much less since she got to see me in person. We decided to go the conservative way, and not do too much shaving of the enamel, since this is required. Top was composite, and I had three bottom porcelain veneers. I was at the clinic for 5 days, 4 hours each time, and Dr. Marin is a perfectionist, she made my teeth so beautiful! It was like those makeover shows! I had a functional smile, and when I came back home, everyone was speechless. Each time I was there, there was always two dental hygienists, and one was actually from the USA, and came to Costa Rica to study to become a dentist himself.The clinic is super futuristic, clean, welcoming, and totally will go back in a heartbeat!!!

Dental Bridges

Were you pleased with the treatment? I had 2 bridges done and the teeth look very natural. I had some discomfort with one of the bridges fitting too tight to the gum, but Dr. Coto was available by phone to help with the situation of how to clean under the bridge. I am back home and think it's going to work out. Would you recommend the clinic? Yes. I have recommended this clinic and Doctor Coto to a friend who will travel there soon. Would you return for further treatment? We had a very positive experience. Olger Gonzolez, who is the driver and Customer Care Rep made our trip wonderful!!..Thanks Olger.

Dentures

Meza Dental Care Clinic is state-of-the-art, and superior to any treatment I've received in the States. I'm going back in March for more dental work, and would recommend Meza to any and everyone seeking dental care. Including the airfare, it's actually still less expensive than having work done in the States. They'll also pick you up and drop you off at the airport.

Dental Implants, Root Canals, Bone Grafting, Sinus Lift, Dental Crowns

Four implants, four root canals, bone augmentation, sinus lift, fourteen crowns. I sent my info and X-rays, etc. to Dr. Meza who is UCLA trained and accredited by two US accreditation programs. I have never had a dentist call me before and talk to me on the phone for ten minutes about my teeth and what he thinks should be done. He speaks better English than I do! Then I corresponded by email with Howard, who has an MBA from Johns Hopkins and was a dental tourist ten years ago and just liked Costa Rica and stayed. He was great setting me up with the time and helping me with the lodging, etc. So now to the costs. What would have cost me 55-60K up in the US ended up costing me 18K down there! I am sixty years old and have had extensive dental work in my past here in the US, but have never encountered the professionalism and artistry that Dr. Meza and his staff provided. Their attention to detail was amazing. Dr. Irene Castro is a phenomenon! And the other assistant is a dentist as well (Dr. Santa Maria)! At times, I had three dentists all in the same room working on my teeth (Dr. Meza was my primary dentist with Dr. Castro doing some of the other work). Amazing! I am not a shill or a marketing person. I am a real-life medical professional with thirty-seven years of experience and a business entrepreneur. I did not have to wait more than five minutes to be called back and they went right to work. I had oral surgery to remove a tooth, sinus augmentation, had four implants, and thirteen crowns replaced, four root canals, and more. Excellent in all aspects! Had a great vacation in Manuel Antonio too!
