Fillings

Had an old filling come out on my first day on holiday. Had an appointment with Dr Antonopoulos who was very friendly and professional, explaining everything in detail. It turned out my molar had cracked and the only option was extraction. There was no pain at all during the procedure or whilst recovering. Our holiday wasn't affected at all due to the great service provided. Highly recommended.

Dentist Consultation, Periodontitis Treatment, Extractions, Fillings

My teeth were in a very bad way and after a free and friendly consultation where a detailed and thorough examination was done, a treatment plan was offered to me outlining the treaments needed and a number of payment plan options.I had peridontal treament for gum disease, a number of extractions, fittings and close consultation with the dental technician to achieve the fantastic smile I have today. From entering this clinic on the first day I immediately knew and felt I was in very good hands.Every visit has been lovely, relaxing and friendly, the attention to detail and immaculatly clean envioroment made me feel confident and happy. Very professional and expierienced team and it has been a great pleasure going to the dentist to seeing the wonderful work done to create my beautiful smile and giving me back my confidence. I shall always be grateful to this dentist and cannot begin to tell you how fantastic he is.

Bridge with 2 crowns I chose that clinic because I needed a bridge and prices in Paris are very high for this kind of treatment. I was warmly welcomed, the doctor explained to me in detail what he was going to do and gave me an exact quote for his work. During the treatment he was very kind and efficient. I am very pleased with the result and with the price that I paid.

For the first time in my life, I did not experience fear

I was on holiday from England when the front teeth which are on the bridge fell out. However, no problem get it glued back. My biggest problem is I have a fear for dentists, I hate dentists, I hate the smell, all the equipment, going back in the chair, the sound of the drill and everything about them. The hotel where I was staying at recommended the dentist. For the first time in my life, I did not experience fear. He was gentle, explaining everything he was doing. In fact, now I wish I had gone for the more permanent solution as he suggested.

Dentist Consultation

Straumann implant One of the reasons I chose Gentle Dental Clinic was its location - just in the middle of Crete. This allowed me to combine my holidays with the visits to the dentist. My expectations were fully met. I have had an implant which cost me much less than in France, I found a doctor who was very gentle, extremely professional and made me feel at ease. I will definitely go back this summer for the second implant I have to do.

Highly recommended: After repeated re-cementing of an upper front incisor crown here in the UK, I decided to seek a permanent solution whilst on holiday in Crete. The problem was due to a broken post.My research led me to Dr. Antonopoulos, and Gentle Dental in Hersonissos. I contacted the clinic for an estimate of time and cost, and both were within my budget and time and available Euros!I am so glad that I did. "George" began treatment as soon as the personal consultation finished. He carefully removed the broken post, and fitted a new one.Dr. Antonopoulos is charming, caring, and absolutely precise in his approach. I opted to have both central incisors replaced to the same standard and shape. His dental technician attended the clinic to check shape and colour with me.In just a short time and a few appointments I had two new front teeth. I am absolutely delighted with the results.After the final appointment I decided to stay overnight in the beautiful town. Administrator Eri booked the hotel (at a wonderful rate), and guided me to the reception for check-in. A bright, modern clinic, just a short walk from the sea-front in the resort town of Hersonissos. ( 20 mins from Heraklion, Crete) Excellent in every aspect. Great patient contact in advance of treatment through Administrator Eri. Everything explained in detail, along with options before starting treatment. Unhurried, comfortable and professional at every visit. Highly personal service. Costs just a fraction of British charges and far more attention.

Teeth Cleaning

This was an initial consultation and I opted for a peridontal deep clean as I had been having problems with a bad taste around some bridge work and implants. The treatment was excellent and the Dentist very attentive and thorough. The information given was also excellent, at every stage. Thorough initial discussion before treatment as well. Excellent value for money. Chose this clinic because of location in East Crete and feedback from other clients, especially in regard to implant treatment and veneers. The clinic is bright and modern and the Dentist very welcoming. No feeling of being rushed at any stage. Very easy to locate and park and, in season, lots to do when you have finished your appointment.

Dentures are excellent to wear

I had new partial dentures top & bottom as my previous set I had done in England many years ago & were very worn down & I never wore the bottom ones as they were so uncomfortable. My new ones are excellent to wear & visually. I chose this clinic because off the name I think but after my first visit I was very impressed with the modern surroundings & equipment & the very helpful friendly staff they all spoke excellent English had a sense of humour & put me at ease immediately. The dentist was extremely thorough nothing was too much trouble & was only happy when everything was perfect. The follow up was unexpected, contacting me to see if all was well with my teeth, very considerate.
