This technique devised by Dr. Motiwala in 2005, is an improvisation of immediate loading technique with one piece basal implants. In these 15 years and with constant improvisation, the technique now has graduated to giving patients a highly aesthetic and robust Full Anatomical zirconia bridge(NexxzZr) since 2012.

Dental Crowns, Dental Implants

I am from Sydney Australia. My wife and I have travelled to Hyderabad after much research different options for dental implants.I found Dr Motiwala on Youtube and went through all the other testimonials and made the decision to come to Dr Motiwala for my treatment. I looked at my other treatments in Australia and I would have to have bone grafting, which would take at least 6 months to heal, just to have implants. The cost to have this treatment done in Australia would have been 3 times as much. We highly recommend Dr Motiwala to anyone looking to done dental implants. All the staff are very attentive and very nice. With regards to the treatment Dr Motiwala is very professional, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I had full mouth restoration which include 4 basial implants and full crowns. Very happy with the results and the work that was done. All the staff are very helpful and very professional. Zirconia Crown, Dentures

Currently, residing in New Jersey USA and working as tech lead for a leading health care industry for IT support. Few years back I had major teeth issues with shaking teeth and dentures. I decided to go for permanent solution and started researching for appropriate options and luckily found Dr. Motiwala on web. I am from Hyderabad now settled in UK, looking to fix my crooked and discoloured front teeth but having many confusions on how to fix them.First time I came across Motiwala's is while researching online for good dental doctors in Hyderabad, I have approached them as they have very good ratings.When I approached Dr. Suhela Motiwala's after the checkup she gave me the suggestions which avoided my confusion and I proceeded with smile correction treatment as I understood it was the right treatment based on her clear explanation.I have smile corrected for upper 8 teeth with crowns which till now people feel they are my original teeth, EVEN I FORGET that they are crowns, they are perfectly fit and I did not see any complaints till now (after 5 years), I did not come any checkup in between, she called me for a quality checkup which explains her care for post-treatment.Most importantly my visits were comfortable, pleasant and painless.She have also done other treatments like Root Canal, Extraction of teeth, fillings. Full Mouth Rehabilitation

To all of those who would like to have a bright and healthy life, you start with what keeps you nourished and alive, food and water. The place that begins the process is the mouth and teeth form a fundamental requirement. As such, I had my teeth which were in a very bad state replaced with Implants so I had full mouth implants done. At Motiwala Dental Clinic at Hyderabad for which I had given a rave review some 5 years back.Today 7th March 2019 is my third visit just for a checkup and I must say I am so happy and pleased that Dr. Irfan was impressed on how well I have maintained them, I have precisely followed all the instructions especially of Waterpik. Looking after your mouth and teeth keep you healthy. Zirconia Crown, Bone Grafting, Sinus Lift

Exquisite TeethI had a recurring appointment with the dentists starting from a very early age. The problem was not helped my being a long-time smoker. I quit smoking when I was 49 years old. Now I am 57 years old from Australia.My mouth was filled with crowns (metal-ceramic) and bridges and a couple of holes (3 holes).Something should have been done particularly when my 3rd root under the crown had cracked. Dr Motiwala Dental Clinic was highly recommended by my friends who were using their services in 2013. Both had full mouth rehabilitation and were very happy when I last talked to them at the beginning of February of 2018.I had full mouth restoration with zirconia crowns and using Pterygoid implants for the back teeth without sinus lift/bone grafts. For the bottom jaw, upon checking up, Dr Motiwala decided to keep the majority of my bottom teeth, just extracting 2 as they were loose. I had to have root canals, implants and zirconia crowns. The bite was also corrected. Especially the gap between front teeth of upper and lower jaws.I found all staff, Tasneem and especially Dr Motiwala extremely attentive. The doctor worked to get it just right. I am very happy with my new teeth. Hope I will enjoy my food texture after 4 months. My husband has called my teeth exquisite saying they never looked so good. My sincere gratitude. Now, its almost 2 years and I am satisfied and happy with my teeth.

Dental Implants

I had decided after many years of horrible teeth to have them pulled out. When looking on the internet for a suitable alternative, I came across Dr Irfan Motiwala’s website. I had looked from around the world, Dr Motiwala was the most comprehensive and informative so my decision was made very easy and I decided on implants.We contacted the surgery and Tasneem got things rolling. I arrived on a Sunday, had the examination on Monday and my teeth out and implant in on Tuesday. My new teeth were fitted yesterday. Everything went very well and Dr. Irfan was amazing.My new teeth are wonderful and I am now able to smile with new confidence. The clinic was well up to expectations; it is very modern and comfortable. The staffs were wonderful with their support for me. Thank you Dr. Irfan Motiwala for your fine work all done with professionalism and cheerful. And the fine conversations we had.Update 12 Dec 2020It has now been 6 years since my new teeth were fitted. Dental Bridges

Full Arch Zirconia Implant Bridge in IndiaI, wish to recommend the team at Dr Motiwala’s Clinic. I was given his details from a friend - Keith Mathewson, who had full mouth implants done by the Clinic in 2013. He had no issues with these and this gave me the confidence to seek treatment from the team at Dr Motiwala’s Clinic.I had many missing teeth and I was very self-conscious about this, I have now a perfect smile and my confidence is much greater. I no longer feel the sense of embarrassment when out and will be removing my beard to show off my new smile.I had sought quotes from providers in Australia where I reside and the costs were prohibitive and also the treatment was to take 6 months with temporary teeth being used until the gums would be able to accept the new teeth. The procedure with the Dr. Motiwala’s team would take around 10 days and the results permanent. 1st day is consultation and x-rays. I had all my teeth extracted and placed the Basal implants on the second day and although was pretty sore the clinic also provided pain medication which definitely eased the pain. The next day was a day of rest. The following day was a long one as I had my Zirconia bridges fitted. This involves a lot of fixing to get the fit absolutely perfect, the new teeth were also adjusted on this visit to give my smile a more a more balanced look. Dr Motiwala and Dr Deepti made a few recommendations and the dental ceramist who was making the teeth was on hand to hear the feedback and made the changes in their in-house dental lab this was completed within 2 hours.The team are extremely professional courteous and the clinic is spotless. If you are having doubts about going to India for the treatment, all I can say is don’t, as long as you are using Dr Motiwala!All I can say is if you need any dental work done don’t bother looking elsewhere, you have found the perfect place, would not hesitate to recommend 5 stars + for the results!

Sinus Lift, Bone Grafting

I am 82 years old. I live in Australia, a retired schoolteacher. I learned of Dr Motiwala’s clinic from a friend who had received excellent care and treatment there, recommending it highly. I have received a full-mouth restoration. After years of eating difficulty, it was suggested that multiple conventional implants or an “All on 4” procedure would be needed. The cost and length of time involved would be considerable. A complicating factor was my age and the possible need for additional sinus lift and bone graft. The treatment offered by Dr Motiwala was much more attractive, offering a full-mouth restoration, without bone-graft or sinus lift, and all in a short space of time. It seemed to me that the one piece and Pterygoid implants offered a simpler and much stronger and trouble-free solution. I am delighted with the results of my treatment and appreciative of the friendly support offered by all the staff at this advanced dental facility. My mouth is now most comfortable and I certainly have a much more engaging smile.

I am from New Jersey and came to know of Dr. Motiwala in 2016 and had dental implants done. I consulted several dentists in US who advised me to get all lower teeth removed and get dentures. The difference here at Dr. Motiwala is that my original teeth were left intact and implants were fixed on teeth that were decayed which saved my original tooth to the extent possible. Some of the teeth were saved by root canal and having crowns on them instead of extractions preserving as much original bone as possible and doing dental modifications just as required. I am visiting back again in 2021 after the dentist recommended tooth extraction and implants in the USA. I had dental implants as well as crowns fixed here. The treatment process is extremely professional with an in-house Lab facility and extreme patient care. The treatment costs are discussed up front and there are no surprises. I got my Smile Makeover with bite raise and confidence back thanks to Dr. Irfan and I am able to speak confidently during client meetings and interact with people. Everything that is dental related for example, root canal, crowns, bridges, and implants is performed in-house here in the least amount of time like in a week and the process finishes with a smile.
