Before commencement of their duties, all staff is trained in house in good general hospitality, proper patient management, instrument handling and sterilization, waste disposal and maintenance of personal and general hygiene. With seminars and training sessions being conducted at regular intervals, all personnel is kept up to date with latest developments in the field while upgrading their clinical skills. An assistant Nurse is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support and Dental Sedation and is responsible for insertion of IV lines and assessment of patients under sedation. Emergency medication and equipment for resuscitation is always primed to stabilize a susceptible patient before transferring to nearest hospital.
