Delighted with my daughter’s treatment at Castle Orthodontics. Right from the outset we were kept well informed at every stage of the process. The entire team were so professional and very friendly and we were always greeted with a smile. Braces came off today and the result is superb. My daughter went for an orthodontist consultation at Castle. I heard of them by word of mouth and made the booking for my daughter on WhatClinic.com. The treatment was good value for money, and they charged me what I was quoted initially. It is a lovely clinic, situated in a nice environment. My daughter has now completed her treatment, but she has to go back for a check-up soon. The building and the office itself is very comfortable and inviting, but I did have one minor issue. It’s a private clinic, and I paid the full price for the service, but the actual appointment was in a room with four other dentist chairs. Essentially the dentist rotates between four families at once. If I had questions, I needed to book another appointment to ask them. My problem is that I paid for a private service, but the appointment itself was not private.
