I attended for the removal of my second-to-last tooth on the lower jaw which broke away

I attended for the removal of my second-to-last tooth on the lower jaw, which broke away from its roots. The dentist, in his wisdom, mentioned that the gums would heal over the two roots. However, 10 days later, while on holiday, my gums became infected, and I had to take antibiotics for a week. A surgical dentist later removed the two roots and stitched the gums back together. At no point was I contacted by Nolan Surgery to check on my condition or how I was doing.
