Excellent Treatment received by a great team, Can't emphasise enough how well I was looked after from the moment I walked into the clinic. The Treatment was painless and even though I was nervous, I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. Cant recommend enough the team - Susan, Leanne, Shane and Robin. My Experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the reception area I was greeted with a smile and made to feel at ease. The dentist greeted me with a smile and introduced himself and all treatment was explained from start to finish.

Hygienist Session, Dental Checkup

Choose this clinic as it was close to my elderly uncles residence but I am so delighted to say how wonderful Dental Excellence was. Susan and Leanne could not do enough to help me arrange the appointment and make sure it was at a time that would be convenient for my uncle as transport is an issue as well as his age. They were so helpful and patient. Susan rang me later to give me a full update on my uncles appointment so he would not be anxious trying to remember anything. I could not recommend this Dental clinic enough. I would highly recommend this clinic, my uncles reaction after the appointment says it all, he told me he feels like a new man, after he had seen the dentist and the hygienist. He is in his 90's so was a bit anxious but Dental Excellence took fantastic care of him. Will definitely be back in six months for his check-up!

Emergency treatment. I was fitted in on the day and the dentist very quickly made sure that I was no longer in pain. Manager Susan was extremely polite and made sure that I felt at ease at all times. Very well looked after. Felt at ease and would highly recommend Shane. The clinic is very clean and has recently been taken over. They are now offering new services including cosmetic treatment so I will certainly be recommending

Dentist Consultation

Finished my treatment today I am so happy. Dr Shahin was my dentist. As an over 60 I was terrified of seeing a dentist again after a long absence. He was so understanding of my situation and put me at ease from the beginning. I can now smile again. They have seen it all and when you explain your background they understand. Not one bit of pain even though I had a lot done. Thank you, Shahin and staff.

Dental Implants

Smile makeover and dental implants I was unhappy with my missing teeth, denture and crooked smile.Dr McHale did a full treatment plan for me and used dental implants and veneers to give me the smile of my dreams. I feel like I'm 20 again.

Orthodontist Consultation

I am very disappointed with the finished work carried out by my orthodontist. I had the Invisalign trays for over a year and had been told all my teeth would be aligned when all trays were finished. I had issues with only a couple of teeth when it finished and I explained my issues and he didn't seem to bother and said that was all he could do. He sent off for my retainers but after two weeks I had problems with them and I was told by the receptionist on collection to go back if there was an issue so I went back and was told he will organize another set of retainers but if I had problem with them after I would have to pay for them after that. I explained I was not happy with what he calls the end result and having to pay for retainers if they don't stay the shape there are men too. He wanted to take a mould of the way my teeth were after they had moved with the damaged retainers. I explained that was not much good as it will just hold my teeth in the position they were located now and not where they should be.

I recently had dental implants placed by Dr. McHale at this practice. the whole experience was effortless. he made me feel so at ease and now after 20 years i am confident to smile and eat again the best experience i have ever had at any dentist or doctors. treated like a queen from the moment I set foot in the practice for the first time.I am hoping to go back in the new year to have some cosmetic work done with Dr.McHale to revitalise my smile.
