Speaking on behalf of my father. Friendly staff and good service in what was done, but not informative on pricing or on exactly how many visits would be required. Also much more expensive than the competition on the thing I did get a price on. I personally feel unnecessary work was done on the medical card before important work in order to make sure we paid privately to get the important work done. Very, very annoyed with how this has turned out. Also when I rang back it took ages before I got them to admit stuff. Was told that I was wrong until I proved otherwise. read more
