I was extremely pleased with the service that I received during my treatments.At the initial consultation I was given a print out of the list of treatments that needed to be carried out, which was very clear. It was also stated clearly that there may be deviations to the treatments received, which I accepted as no one can predict what might crop up during the treatments, as it did in my case as I developed an abscess a number of weeks into the treatments, which had to be dealt with.Dr Allen took the time to explore very given avenue to ensure the abscess was removed and that the tooth was saved.I went to Dr. Allen with my teeth front and back in an extremely poor state and hadn't been able to smile fully for at least 6 years previously. He saved teeth where I thought there was no hope and completely transformed them so that I can smile again with confidence. I had work completed on 17 teeth, 7 extractions and 10 fillings and I can say with confidence that I had virtually no discomfort or pain throughout the whole treatment.The cost of the treatment was very reasonable as I had expected to pay a whole lot more and pales into comparison to the quality of life that the treatment has given me. The Staff at the Practice were very friendly and helpful and getting an appointment was stress free. Dr. Allen himself is very friendly, professional and explained before every treatment what exactly was going to happen be it an extraction or filling. He carried out the treatments in a rotation that ensured the least amount of discomfort to me.Would definitely recommend this practice.

teeth cleaning and two fillings Both the dental assistant and Ciaran were very welcoming and friendly. I had a clean and two fillings which went well. The signs up to the practice (i.e. once you enter the alleyway) and the entrance could be improved. The waiting area is comfortable if a little oddly furnished. The clinic area is clean and professional. I got a teeth cleaning for free, which was good, and the price seems to be reasonable for the work done. All in all I'll return to get work done here in the future.

Speaking on behalf of my father. Friendly staff and good service in what was done, but not informative on pricing or on exactly how many visits would be required. Also much more expensive than the competition on the thing I did get a price on. I personally feel unnecessary work was done on the medical card before important work in order to make sure we paid privately to get the important work done. Very, very annoyed with how this has turned out. Also when I rang back it took ages before I got them to admit stuff. Was told that I was wrong until I proved otherwise.
