I'm a 50 year old male and my childhood visits to the dentist scarred me physically and mentally. So when it came for me to finally face up to the amount of dental work that I was putting off repeatedly. I finally bit the bullet and decided it was long enough looking like Shane McGowan and sort it out once an for all. I was recommended a dentist in Dalkey. I tried to made an appointment but he was booked solid and the quickest I could see him was 2 months after the call. I decided that I couldn't wait that long so called the dentist across the road and was offered an appointment the following week and that was 4 years ago. Today was one of my last visits and it's been a pleasure having Hugh work on me. He is an absolute gentleman and every visit has been a pleasure. I'm not getting any money for writing this review, even though I could do with it after 4 years of work, but to be honest, it's the best money that I have ever spent in my entire life. I have never felt any pain. I have had root canals, implants and the whole nine yards! I would 100% recommend Hugh Byrne and The Dalkey Clinic.

Myself, and my husband attend Dr Jill Marshall and both find her an excellent dentist with a “light touch” and a pleasant friendly attitude, which helps make a dental visit a lot more bearable. There’s a nice atmosphere at the clinic and the staff are generally cheerful and accommodating.

Just finished attending Dalkey Clinic with Dr Jill - and after many, many years of not attending a Dentist at all - I was pretty nervous. My fear was unfounded - Dr Jill is fantastic... and made all of the session personal, and professional - but most of all completely painless. I would highly recommend her and the clinic to anyone I meet who may need their services.
