Dentist and dental nurse were excellent , very professional and reassuring ! Reception staff left a lot to be desired , very rude and unfriendly both on the phone and in person !! It’s a shame as the clinic is lovely and clean , just the reception staff could do with learning how to be a bit more professional . I left the clinic very irritated and upset by the encounter with the receptionist

I needed and emergency Wisdom tooth extraction and even when my own dentist couldn't accommodate me for almost a week!!. Dr Paul O' Connell brought me in on the same day and had what my own dentist has described as a tricky one and would prefer if I went to a hospital for the extraction Paul has it out in minutes and I must say hardly felt a thing. From the staff at the reception desk to the dentist himself and his assistants I couldn't fault these extremely professional people. I think I will be a long term client of 3Dental. Fantastic. Thanks.

Hi I had a lot of pain with my wisdom tooth and was recommended Dr.Aidan Higgins and he is such a compassionate guy and made me feel so at ease and welcomed me and his nurse also.A lovely caring guy and I can say I have never met a dentist like him and with covid-19 also he has the highest standards and you will feel very safe at his dentist .So I had my wisdom tooth out and didn’t feel anything he was so gentle and so good.Thanking god for this guy.I attended his dentist on the 02/05/2020.Thanking you again Dr.Aidan Higgins.

Attended dental clinic to find out about having a tooth extraction with sedation, unfortunately it wasn't exactly what I wanted but the dentist was excellent and so helpful, I am still considering a return visit, watch this space! Very good, my queries were answered, and it was a very relaxing enviroment

I received a dental bridge. Fast efficient. Only two appointments were necessary. No pain. Very happy with quality of work. It feels like my missing tooth has grown back. No more messy dentures. Worth every penny Dr Callinan was a pure gentlemen. Explained everything well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful surgery. Even TV on ceiling to watch during your treatment. I would visit this surgery again. Highly recommended

information requested This is not about dental treatment. I phoned this morning and spoke immediately with a lovely lady who had to check on the information I needed and who called me straight back. I asked her name, Brigid. I just want to say thank you to her and well done. It was so wonderful to not have to go through a machine, press buttons and then be told you were in the wrong department or be put on hold before you could say a word.
