Dental check-up and cleaning; quick and efficient service once you're seated. Easy to book appointments. Price is standard compared to other places. Magazines nice and new, not ten-year-old Hellos on coffee table! I won't be returning as disappointed by punctuality of dentist over several morning visits. I chose the 8:30 am early slot, as it suits me before work. However, over the past two years on at least four visits, the dentist has arrived after me, rushing into work. While this didn't delay me too much, it's very unprofessional and wasn't even acknowledged. It's not a once off. As a supplier, if you offer an 8:30 start time, you should be ready for customers. If not, change opening hours to 8:45 or 9:00, and things would be clearer and customer's happier.

The staff were professional but I felt my consultation was very basic. There were no major outstanding needs to address but my questions about specific food and drink management to avoid decay (which was flagged as a major problem) were essentially ignored as I was told to avoid acid and sugar with no further specific guidance. There was no mention of flossing which I have always thought is important from other dental consultations.

It was my child's check-up. Good experience with the clinic and staff. They really quickly made an appointment because it was an emergency situation. Decided to book more 3 visits for my family.

Dental Abscess, X-ray, Extraction of infected broken tooth I really can't say enough good things about this Clinic. The staff could see how much pain I was in and managed to not only fit me in with an hours notice but they also kept my budget in mind when choosing the best treatment to have me feeling back to normal as soon as possible. I never thought I'd say this but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! Thanks Vicram :)

Super Dental Clinic. I am a regular - every six months patient but needed some urgent care after Easter weekend. Saw Vic today at 12.00. I had filling and X-rays taken of other teeth to rule out any further issues. Back in the office and eating lunch by 2 pm! Super service - Wendy and Rachel a pleasure to deal with. A family practice that delivers superior service and care. The overall experience was excellent.
