This dental clinic in the heart of Mullingar, Co. Westmeath provides family friendly dentistry to private patients, patients on the PRSI scheme and Medical Card scheme. Dr. Brendan Higgins and Dr. Des Byrne are the practitioners at this practice. Nervous patients are treated with special care and if necessary, IV sedation is used. Services offered are tooth whitening, crowns, bridges and veneers, mercury free fillings, root canal treatments, extractions, dentures and the services of a hygienist. We were recently voted best priced dentist in an Irish consumer survey.

had desperat pain . but as soon as i went into brendan he had me so relaxed . before i knew it he had sedated me and had taken 3 teeth out. bless you brendan your a star and one fantastic dentis in my 50 years ive been on and off to dentist totally petrified but brendan changed all of that.

My young son had to have a molar extraction, he was in a lot of nerve pain. I cannot recommend this surgery enough from the moment he walked in the door the receptionist made him laugh and put him totally at ease. Brendan and his dental nurse were amazing with him, so kind and had it done in no time at all. I never write reviews but I feel like I had to in this case you were all so incredibly kind and caring.

Were you pleased with the treatment? I was delighted with my care and treatment. I was very nervous and afraid bit i was put at my ease very quickly.I hadn't visited a dentist for 20 years as to me it was going to be a painful and frightening experience.The hygenist saw me first and she was brilliant and very qualified. she restored my teeth to a colour I hadn'e seen in a long time and didn't hurt me at all.Brendan made me a tooth and its so comfortable I even forget I'm wearing it.Overall whilst not something I would look forward to I would have no reservations about going back. Would you recommend the clinic? I would recommend this clinic unreservedly especially for anxious and nervous patients.The price was very good. I paid €250 for 2 visits involving cleaning, 3 injections and a false tooth.I think was very good value. Would you return for further treatment? I intend to go back every 6 months for scaling and polishing. I really want my teeth to look this good all the time.

Some of my co-workers had used this clinic and they told me it was a great choice. I’d also read some good reviews, so I went to them for a wisdom tooth extraction. The whole process was quick and pain-free. They quoted me a price beforehand and the treatment was value for money. The staff were very helpful and quite willing to accommodate me. In general, the clinic was fine. Dr. Higgins was so nice and he did a good job. I’d recommend him to anyone needing an extraction.

Very happy with the service I got. I went in with severe toothache expecting to get tablets and to go again, but once seen they said a top wisdom had to come out and another tooth needed a filling. The dentist asked would you like local freeze or knock out at extra 130 euro. Went with knock me the hell out. Wisdom tooth out and molar filling for 200 euro all in. I can’t complain, as the pain was hell and the dentist was a gem along with the nice staff. I will certainly go there again.
