Last Friday Feb 26th I spent a few hours in the Clinic having an eye procedure. The first lady I met was Debbie in the office wonderful lady next I met nurses Nooreen Mary and Diane a Kiwi what lovely ladies. Next was Dr Chen and his excellent staff thank you all so much for wonderful care Liam o Leary. P's would definitely tell a friend. A great experience. I choose the Galway clinic because I wanted to have Dr Chen to do the eye procedure also a lot a lot of my friends had attended there for treatment. As I described above the impression I brought away from there was excellent the lady in the check in area was so helpful also I was a bit nervous and the staff I mentioned made me relax so much I nearly forgot to mention Dr Chen secretaries who were also very kind Marie and Angela.

"The best part was how prompt they were with the scan and everything else"

I felt like this clinic was being transparent about themselves so I decided to have my braces fitted with them. I paid more or less the same price I found on the website. At this stage, it’s still a bit early to tell whether the braces are going to work. I’ll need to wait a few months before I see real results. I thought the clinic and staff were quite good. The best part was how prompt they were with the scan and everything else.

information requested This is not about dental treatment. I phoned this morning and spoke immediately with a lovely lady who had to check on the information I needed and who called me straight back. I asked her name, Brigid. I just want to say thank you to her and well done. It was so wonderful to not have to go through a machine, press buttons and then be told you were in the wrong department or be put on hold before you could say a word.

"Sore tooth was well taken care of"

I had a very sore tooth that needed to be treated urgently. I cant say that my pain was eased straight away, as my case will require further treatment than my first initial visit. I was well taken care of. The clinic was nice and clean. It had a friendly open environment, I felt at ease immediately. The receptionist was extremely nice and lovely, and was very helpful to me. I didn't have to wait for a very long period of time to be seen. The dentist and his assistant were very nice to me, and put me at ease during my appointment. I would recommend Pearse Road Dental Practice to anyone in need of urgent care.

My daughter had a consultation with an orthodontist on Thursday. He was really nice and helpful. Price was reasonable but I got a cheaper quote elsewhere so I won't be going back. Experience was good and relaxed.
