I did 4 units of implants and 12 units of bridge on my lower jaw after removal of my lower teeth. I came to visit this clinic on Feb 2014 for 3D xray. I was supposed to just take a copy of my 3D and do implant in another clinic. After much consideration, I decided to come back again in November 2015 because of their excellent facilities and comfortable environment. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. Facilities are good as well. Dr. Chong is a very experience dentist and he is very helpful during these 3 months of process. I was quite unhappy after implant surgery because of the swelling and pain I experienced in the first week. I scolded Dr Chong also because of the unexpected condition. He was so patient and helpful in explaining and trying his very best to solve my discomfort. I can feel his passionate in what he is doing.All in all, I will definitely recommend my family and friends to visit this clinic again in future.

I did implant on my front tooth 3 years back while my daughter did ortho treatment in the Pontian branch and she has done with the treatment last year. Her teeth are very nice now. My implant is still in good condition now and i m pleased that i have come to dr.chong. besides, i m now having root canal treatment and crown treatment on my lower tooth because i do not want to lose my natural tooth again like what happened 3 years ago so i decided to go for dr opinion to proceed with root canal treatment and crown. clinic environment is comfortable and clean. it is localized in a strategic location which is accessible. the nurses are friendly to me. they always greet me whenever i come. me and my family always come for c&p dental because of their professionalism and doctor's experience. i m very pleased with all the treatments we have here.

I never do cleaning teeth before，and i heard and i thought cleaning teeth is very pain. But it's really amazing me， there's is no pain at all. However，after checked teeth，doctor found there is a spoil teeth in my mouth so doctor help me clean it and fill it up with white colour paste. Besides，my yellow teeth is becoming whiter and brighting after cleaning and polishing. I'm looking forward to visit here again and again. Really recommend to all the patient，Drs.Chong & partner are really a best choice for u to do teeth treatment👍🏻 the receptnist is friendly,politely and full of smile. the environment is really comfortable and a magic that can relieve my phobia of clinic. By the way the doctor are female and really caring and carefully for doing teeth treatment. I wanted to check my teeth before i give birth in the next month.The dr carefully examine my teeth and explanations was very detail. Cleaning was done very gentle and no pain at all. Would definitely come back again for other treatment after I give birth. I am pregnant for the 8th month and the clinic is located on the ground floor which is a plus point.My first impression to the clinic is it is very clean and cozy. The staff are very friendly and kind to me.

I went there for scaling and polishing my teeth. The scaling and polishing was professionally done and detailed by the doctor. Equipment was new and environment was good. The nurse assistant in the room was a little inexperienced I thought. I was a little uncertain when I saw that the price range was RM 150-450. The counter nurse assured me that it was ok, that I can walk away if the quote is too high. I proceeded when I heard the guy before me pay 150 RM for scaling. Upon seeing the doctor, I was quoted 300 RM. I wanted to walk out, but the doctor wanted to charge RM 70 for the consultation. I said that I was told that the scaling would be quoted and I can leave, but the doctor didn't care and insisted on the RM 70 consultation fee, even though it was just 1-2 minutes of looking around my mouth.

I am a smoker and have a lot of black colour stain on my tooth. So I went to see the Dr and ask what can be done. The Dr told me that my teeth has a lot of stain and she use a special sand blast thing to remove the stain. No pain at all. I am very happy with the result. My teeth is so clean now. I see the clinic every time I go to chatime, jusco or tesco. The clinic is very nice and the environment is not like other clinic. I have to take off my shoes to enter the clinic which is very clean. Their facility is very high end. Oh ya...they have wifi too.
